CELEBRITY fans are paying huge prices for the stars’ little ones.
Some of the most iconic bikinis of all time have sold for thousands of dollars at auctions.
Last week, a set of faux fur owned by sex bomb Raquel Welch – inspired by her famous role in One Million Years BC – sold for £10,000.
The original doe skin bikini worn by Raquel in the 1966 film became a cultural phenomenon.

Myleene Class
The pop beauty and TV presenter set pulses racing when she took a bath in a white bikini on the TV show I’m A Celebrity in 2006.
Myleene, 46, was runner-up in the series and says she finds it “hilarious” the costume caused such a stir.
The former Hear’Say singer said: “I bought the white bikini for £40. After the show I sold it – for £7,500.
“After doing the show I saw the photo (of the swimsuit) and thought, ‘Oh my God, it looks glamorous’, but it didn’t at the time – far from it.
“There are worse things to be known for than being really clean!
“Since then, I’ve had three babies – and I don’t look like that now.”
Carrie Fisher
It’s no wonder Carrie Fisher’s 1983 Return Of The Jedi slave outfit was up for auction.
The late actress stirred the hearts of a generation of teenagers when Princess Leia donned the golden costume after being captured by Jabba the Hutt.
The bikini made Fisher a screen goddess, but she didn’t like the outfit, saying it was “what supermodels will end up wearing in the seventh ring of hell.”
When parents said that a doll in a bikini was a bad example for girls, Fisher responded: “Tell them that a giant slug captured me and forced me to wear that stupid outfit and then I killed him because I didn’t like it. ”
The bikini sold for £77,000 during a “History Profiles” online auction in 2016.
Honey B
The generous Spice Girl is famous for her love of animal prints, and in 2008, she auctioned off a bikini top and matching miniskirt to raise money for children with cancer.
After moving to Los Angeles, she sold the contents of her former home, including patterned clothing and luxurious furniture.
The auction raised £60,000 for the charity CLIC Sargent.
Mel, 48, said at the time: “I feel happy to contribute to such an important cause. . . an organization that provides clinical, emotional and financial support to children and young people with cancer.”
Ursula Andressa
HER emergence from the water softly singing Underneath The Mango Tree left James Bond speechless.
And Ursula was no doubt shocked when the bikini she wore in the 1962 film Dr No sold for £41,125 in 2001.
It was won by Planet Hollywood co-founder Robert Earl, who later sold it at auction in 2020, where it was valued at £400,000.
The Swiss actress said: “My entrance into the film in a bikini now seems to be considered a classic cinema moment and made me famous as The Bond Girl.”
The light blue cloak she wore in the film sold for £87,500 last year.
Barbara Windsor
SCREEN icon Barbara certainly caused a scene in her Carry On Camping bikini, which flared during an “exercise” photo.
The famous swimsuits were sold at auction in London in 2021 for £9,500, with all proceeds going to the Alzheimer’s Society.
The strapless underwear and bra were instantly recognizable in the 1969 film after the ill-fitting top fell off while she was stretching, hitting co-star Kenneth Williams in the face.
The fantasy was almost lost, however.
Left with a hole from a fishhook used to remove it, the bikini was saved from a dumpster during a costume company sale in 1990.
Helen Mirren
DAME HELEN proved that women in their sixties can be sexy when she wore a red bikini on an Italian beach in 2008.
The image of her toned physique cemented Helen, then 63,’s place as a sex icon, although she later said: “I stood up and sucked in my belly because my husband was taking my picture.
“I tried sucking in my cheeks too. I tried to look good.
Helen’s stunning look started a fashion revolution, with more older women following in her “dare to bare” footsteps.
Last year, two-piece sets accounted for 82% of sales as older celebrities encourage women.
Helen gave the outfit to Age UK, but it is not known how much it was worth.
