The Edit Scarf Print Shirt and Edit Scarf Print Straight Pants caused a social media frenzy after Primark shared them on their Instagram page.

Shoppers dubbed the black and white print “super cool” and vowed to snag one of the sets.

Each piece costs £18, meaning the full set will cost £36.

But, according to Primark, it’s money well spent, as the pieces are designed to be mixed and matched and worn “over and over again”.

This makes them the ultimate vacation product for packing light – hello, carry-on luggage!

“Timelessness doesn’t have to be synonymous with minimalism,” said the bosses.

“If you want a piece that transcends trends while showcasing good taste, this shirt from The Edit is the place to start.

“Made from a lightweight fabric for a delightful fit, this shirt features a boxy silhouette complemented by slightly cropped sleeves, a classic pointed collar and a button front.

“The scarf-style print throughout creates an ornate aesthetic.”

Primark bosses echoed the same sentiment regarding the trousers, saying each pair “possesses a timeless, well-travelled charm.

“Whether you’re escaping to an exotic terrain or want to look like you’ve returned from distant lands,” they continued.

“These printed pants from The Edit feature a timeless, well-traveled charm that transcends the seasons while adding a touch of personality to even the most capsule wardrobe.

“They have a straight, relaxed fit for a breezy look, while the scarf-style print throughout adds a bold touch and the pockets ensure a standard of practicality with every wear.

“Pair with the coordinating shirt for a luxe, relaxed look or style effortlessly with neutral blouses, tees or anything in between to create your desired look time and time again.”

Primark is placing an emphasis on its designs to be worn again and again as part of its commitment to sustainability.

To facilitate this, the fast fashion brand has promised to reinforce the durability of all its clothes by 2025.

Likewise, it has committed to making all of its clothing recyclable by 2027.

How to choose the best travel clothes

The Sun’s deputy fashion editor has broken down the essential travel outfits for getting from A to B in style.

Abby McHale says: “When it comes to deciding what to wear at the airport, several factors need to be taken into consideration.

“What the weather is like in the countries you are traveling from, how long your flight is (as comfort is essential) and how much luggage you take.

“If you’re going from one climate to another, make sure you have layers, and this may be your only option if you don’t have a lot of space in your luggage.

“A light jacket over a t-shirt with a thin scarf or sweater in your bag in case the plane is cold would work.

“Also don’t forget your sunglasses, although the blast of hot air is lovely when you step off the plane, you’ll need your sunglasses in your bag.

“When it comes to the bottoms – opt for something loose and comfortable, there are so many gorgeous pairs of stretchy wide leg pants at the moment, look for fabrics like linen that are nice and lightweight for a stylish yet comfortable look.

“To finish with the accessories, sneakers are the most practical option, however, flat sandals can also look beautiful (just put a pair of socks in your bag for the plane), and the high crossbody bag is perfect for storing all your important belongings. documents near you.”
