‘My jaw dropped’ scream Sainsbury’s shoppers as they rush to bag the ‘cutest pajamas ever’ before they sell out

SHOPPERS have gone into a frenzy trying to get their hands on the “cutest pajamas ever” – and they are already sold out online.

Sainsbury’s has been inundated with orders on the website for its pink summer cowgirl pajamas this week.

The dreamy sleepwear, available in sizes 8 to 24, is covered in prints of cowboy boots and hats, horseshoes and cacti.

Bosses at Tu Clothing say: “For a nighttime look you’ll love this season, our pink Cowgirl print pajamas are the perfect set!

“Fresh from our latest pajama collection, they come in a traditional style with a pajama shirt and matching pants.”

And with the pajamas completely sold out online, fashion fans have been rushing to their nearest store to get their hands on the set.

Clips of delighted shoppers making the £20 purchase have also gone viral on social media.

One fashionista said: “I honestly think the designer of Sainsburys pajamas lately is someone I want to be friends with.”

“The cutest pajamas ever,” gushed a second.

A third wrote: “Sainsburys pajamas section is UNMATCHED. Lucky I found them in the store today, hidden behind a few others, they’re sold out online I think.”

A fourth added: “My jaw dropped!!!!”

And a fifth shouted: “Sainsbury’s ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Give the person responsible for your sleepwear designs a big raise.”

Others, however, were left devastated as they struggled to find the viral pajamas in stock, while someone shouted: “I can’t find them anywhere.”

“I would love to, but they are sold out,” repeated another.

Meanwhile, a third wrote: “I went to the two stores near me this afternoon and couldn’t find them anywhere. I hope they magically appear tomorrow.”

And some social media users have a theory as to why the pajamas are proving so popular, with the print bearing a striking resemblance to the cover of a new viral ‘BookTok’ book series by author Elsie Silver.

“They were [on the website] yesterday but I think the TikTok girls sold out, I bought mine in the store”, revealed one person.

“This literally looks like the cover of Elsie Silver’s Wild Love,” said someone else.

A third echoed: “They’re the spitters from the Wild Love Elsie Silver cover omg!!!!”

While a fourth chimed in: “Awww how I ran to the site. I need some Elsie Silver pajamas inspo.”

While you’re in the store, you should also check out the denim section because one fashion fan believes he’s found the jeans of his dreams.
