Marks & Spencer’s latest bag piece that will save you thousands of dollars is a cozy cardigan that looks a lot like a sophisticated Chanel number, which typically retails around the eye-popping £4,000 mark.

Priced at an affordable £35, their latest addition to the fashion aisles – Textured crewneck cardigan in cotton blend – is shouting “old money”, without the old money budget.

I love that. It looks so Chanel

The elegant and sophisticated piece comes in black and ivory, which shoppers can purchase in-store and online.

The chic cardi, available in sizes XS to XL, features a regular fit and a cozy cotton-blend fabric that’s perfect for spring layering.

The bargain is elevated with pointed finishes on the round neckline, cuffs and hem, while gold buttons add a luxurious feel.

Whether you wear jeans, basic trousers or the trendy A-line skirt, the cardigan is versatile and suitable for everyday wear.

The affordable price is also a plus—which is why it’s no surprise that one person has already given the piece a glowing five-star review.

“I loved it. It looks so Chanel. I’ll wear it with pearl necklaces and black pants.

”It looks elegant. Very satisfied. I have the black with cream finish.”

However, not everyone was impressed with the material, as one disappointed customer left a two-star review.

I bought the iconic white dress from M&S – the fabric is beautiful and it looks so expensive I get so many compliments when I wear it

‘”Excellent style, but very heavy. Disappointing as it was waiting for a neat cardigan for warmer days.

”I’ll be back. I don’t know what it looks like, because I haven’t tried it.”

Don’t have an M&S nearby? The high street is full of similarly styled cardigans and there’s one for every budget.

A similar style from Mango, for example, will cost a little more at £49.99.

Buyers looking to cut costs even further can check out H&M textured cardiganwhich is currently on sale for around £16.

Why everyone is loving M&S

Deputy fashion editor Abby McHale revealed to Fabulous why M&S is the store of the moment. She explained:

“M&S has really pulled out all the stops this season, there are so many great products to get excited about.

“A brand that was once known for its ‘slouchy fashion’, that notion is long gone and is now one of the leading women’s high street fashion stores.

“Their handbag line in particular is super strong, with sales up 170% over plan, with many more naïve designers at just a fraction of the price.

“The brand is now also number 1 in style perception, compared to third place last year, this comes from a very strong design team focused on modernizing the brand, not just taking into account the appearance of parts, but as easy to use as well.

“Price is also an important factor as you can get many good quality pieces for under £30.

“After giving you a sneak peek at the upcoming collection, there are plenty of other amazing pieces releasing in the coming months for you to keep an eye on.

“Think leopard print dresses, colorful slips, embroidered boho jackets, plus lots of amazing swimwear and accessories, as well as great wardrobe staples that will last year after year.”

This adorable number, available in sizes XS to XXL, comes in three neutral colors – black, gray and baby blue.

However, if you want to buy it, you better act fast as some sizes are already low on stock.

Are you going shopping in the next few days? This isn’t the only wardrobe essential that fashionistas have been loving.

Style enthusiasts are also raving about a dress that “pulls you in all the right places” and a pair of pants that are “a great addition” to your wardrobe.
