TOGETHER, Phoebe and Victoria represented the British in style with that stunning dress at the Met Gala.
The Bridgerton actress was the perfect model to pose in Victoria’s beautiful creation of lightly folded tulle covered in delicate flowers and dyed a faded pink color – right down to the appliquéd pants.
Even though the dress was completely see-through due to its sheer fabric, something about Phoebe’s slicked-back hair and subtle, fresh makeup combined with the elegant dress to make it look like she was wearing almost nothing.
It was refreshing compared to many looks on the famous Gala staircase.
Her graceful appearance made Britain proud and fit perfectly with the “fleeting beauty” theme of the evening.
Later, Phoebe took off her dress and donned an LBD for the after-party.
As one of Victoria’s signature looks, this sexy mini with an exaggerated sweetheart neckline was the perfect choice.
The dress capped a notable Met Gala debut for the pop star-turned-fashion designer.
Let’s hope that next year Victoria will have more British leading ladies modeling her dresses.
Last month, Posh sent fans into a frenzy following her latest collaboration with record label Mango, Mango X Victoria Beckham.
Mango gives a more premium brand feel than its high street counterparts – and the Mango X Victoria Beckham collection is its most sophisticated offering yet.
The 54-piece collection is very VB as it includes tailored suits, high heels, slip dresses, muted color palettes and, of course, stunning silhouettes.
The collection ranges in price from £50 for a lace bralette to £300 for a layered trench coat.
