A YOUNG mum has insisted she doesn’t mind if people look at her funny when she wears her unique outfits on a school trip.
The woman said she was determined not to change her style when she had children and loves to attract attention with her eye-catching outfits.
And whether she’s picking up from school or going to parents’ night out, she’ll still proudly wear exactly what she wants.
She used TikTok to share a video of herself preparing for the occasion, as she began by swapping her ghost-print pajama shorts for skimpy black pants.
She kept her thigh-high black and white socks on and added a pair of long black boots.
The mom then kept the ghost print bra on and added an oversized black sweater on top.
She completed the look with a pair of white headphones and a black quilted bag.
At the top of the TikTok video, she wrote, “What am I going to wear to parents night.”
“Just because your name changed to Mom doesn’t mean you have to change your style,” she added, encouraging people to “embrace what makes you different.”
“And yes, I get funny looks on the playground,” she wrote in the caption.
Her video sparked a debate in the comments section, with some people criticizing her for wearing such a skimpy outfit to parents’ night out.
“Not really appropriate for parents’ night,” one person wrote.
“How embarrassing!”
“Girl these shorts are too short even for teenagers,” another added.
“I understand that you want to express yourself, but if you covered up a little, it would seem appropriate.”
“You have to learn to dress appropriately,” said a third.
“How not to wear revealing clothes around children and professionals.”
“You were raised to be a role model,” wrote another person.

To which the mother replied: “Teaching my children to be themselves, not to care what others think and to have confidence in their bodies, even if they are different, is being a good role model.”
But others hit back at the trolls, insisting the mum looked incredible in her parents’ evening ensemble.
“Look at all the rude comments, just say you have nothing to do but judge someone and move on,” one wrote.
“You look great, I love the outfit!”
“As a former teacher, I can safely say this would have made my night,” said another.
“It’s such long, dark, hellish nights.”
