Chloe Vick, 29, is a curvy model who lives in Brisbane, Australia, where temperatures can soar.

She exclusively shared some tips with The US Sun for staying calm when things get heated.

Vick gave advice on everything from thigh irritations to choosing the right swimwear.

She also spilled out her favorite fabrics to feel fabulous no matter the temperature.

FUN IN THE SUN

Vick emphasized the need to stay cool in the sun.

She recommended “airy [and] fluid clothes” to wear maxi dresses.

For skirts, she opts for “breathable fabrics like linen, cotton, [and] poplin.”

For anyone taking a dip in the water, she didn’t hold back on swimwear advice.

“The beachwear section always has light dresses [and] complete cover-ups [that] you can wear them in everyday clothes if you layer them over a braletette, biker shorts, etc.,” she said.

“Bicycle shorts under dresses or skirts can prevent thigh chafing.”

She also added that there are anti-chafing products on the market, including Mega Babe Thigh Rescue.

Mega Babe Thigh Rescue anti-friction stick is available on Amazon for $13.97.

ACCESS YOUR GROOVE

Vick had advice for those struggling with insecurity.

“Lightweight, oversized linen shirts, often found in swimwear sections, are great pieces to layer if you’re arm-conscious,” she said.

“They cover [you] without making you too hot.”

She also bet on versatility when choosing summer pieces.

“Loose, loose-fitting linen pants are super versatile,” she said.

“They can be styled casually with a tank top and loose-fitting short-sleeved shirt or with a dressy top to dress up for a night out.”

NO SWEAT

Vick highlighted that sometimes sweat happens, but that doesn’t have to ruin your style.

To achieve this, she emphasized “light and airy fabrics”.

“As curvy women sweat in summer comes with the territory most of the time, and when I say sweat, I mean on every part of your body – thighs, lower breasts, etc.,” she said.

“So it’s important to have these lightweight fabrics.

“And if you have curves [or] plus size body, friction between the thighs when you don’t wear anything under your dress or skirt and walking is inevitable and very annoying.

“So biker shorts or an anti-chafing product are a plus-size summer essential.”
