A PRIMARK fan who visited the world’s biggest store praised it for being “amazing” thanks to its beauty section, Disney cafe and selfie area.
Jess took her social media followers on a tour of the flagship store in Birmingham, which has a staggering 160,000 square feet of merchandise spread across five floors and is so big it even won a Guinness World record.

In a clip posted to TikTok (@little_jessx), Jess begins: “Come with me to the biggest Primark in the world.
“We visited the biggest five-story Primark in Birmingham and, my God, that was just incredible… I’ve never been to a Primark like this in my entire life.”
First, the 26-year-old can be seen checking out the beauty studio, which she says is “absolutely unbelievable,” before taking a stroll through the beauty section.
“It was really crazy how many idiots they had here,” she says.
Jess goes on to note how they had “tons” of scented body scrubs that smelled “amazing” – including the coconut scrub and cleansing body scrub, which costs just £4.
“And then this completely surprised me – they had an Instax area where you could take selfies and photos in Primark – it was all set up so you could just print them out,” she continues.
Next Above, the Primark fan scrolled through the workout clothes section, where she says they had “tons of really cool clothes. Cool bits” – especially the beige range, which includes a jumpsuit for just £10.
After about 40 minutes in the store, Jess went up another level, where she was shocked to be greeted by an entire floor dedicated to the world of Disney.
“We turned around and there was a Disney cafe – a Disney cafe at Primark? We were literally like, sorry what?” she says.
“We definitely went there straight away when we saw it and it’s a really amazing atmosphere and vibe here – I just loved it!”
She continues: “Each table also comes with an interactive screen which was really fun.
“We sat for probably about 20 minutes before we realized we hadn’t ordered any food and when the menus arrived… oh my goodness, the menus were giving!”
I don’t think there’s anything this Primark doesn’t have!

Among the food options available were a southern fried chicken burger for £8.95 and a chicken and bacon waffle for £7.95, while sides included loaded skin or nachos, both for £4.95 each.
Shortly after lunch, Jess could be seen taking a look around Primark’s stunning residential section.
“I honestly could have spent the rest of the afternoon here because it was just amazing and really made me realize how well Primark adheres to current trends,” she says.
“It was full of so many things that I see on TikTok and social media, actually.
“But if you’re looking for a bottle, glass or jar – Primark has it!”
She continues: “What I love about this Primark is that they divided it into sections – so we had a kitchen section, a basket section, it was so well organized in here.
Why is Primark the place to go for bargains?
JUST how does Primark do it? Continue delivering fashionable items at such incredible prices? According to the bosses, it fell to four points.
- They “sell a lot of items” – thanks to this they are able to save money by buying in bulk for their 191 UK stores
- They “do very little advertising”
- Although their clothes offer the “latest trends,” they “do not use expensive hangers, tags, or labels.”
- And finally, they try to be “as efficient as possible when transporting products from factories to stores”. This includes things like asking “suppliers to package our t-shirts so they’re ready to go straight to the shelf.”

“To be honest, it can be quite overwhelming knowing there are five floors of Primark, but they’ve done a great job of organizing it into sections in the store, so definitely brownie points to Primark for that!”
Jess goes on to point out that the high street store is also one of her favorite places to stock up on candles.
“There were so many spring candles here I literally could have taken them all home!” she says.
Following the opening section, Jess can be seen playing around with the rest of the outfits, which includes a Hello Kitty section – complete with her own Hello Kitty-themed cafe.
“There was also a Disney section where you can basically print your own custom t-shirts…it was just amazing!” she enthuses.
“I don’t think there’s anything this Primark doesn’t have!”
It didn’t take long for the post to rack up 130,000 views and numerous comments from other social media users, all eager to check out the megastore for themselves.
“The way this can last an entire day,” one person wrote.
A second raved: “Wow this looks amazing!”
A third tagged a friend and wrote: “We need to go!”
Meanwhile, a fourth added: “I really miss Primark since moving from the UK.”
