IF you’re looking for the perfect summer clothes to take on holiday, the search could soon be over.

That’s because a fashion fan called Rebecca, who is 5ft 7in and refers to herself as a “classic average-sized girl”, has shared a mega collection of Asda clothing that she says includes some “amazing pieces” – and prices start at just £7.

In a clip shared on TikTok (@stylingwithrebecca), the fashionista starts by putting on a pair of ‘Black square sandals with chain on the front.’

“Obsessed with these shoes,” she says. “So comfortable!”

They feature a leather look, open square toe and chunky gold-tone chain detailing and are a steal at just £14.

This dress could be in Anthropologie. I am beyond impressed!

Rebecca then pairs them with a stunning £35 white summer dress, which she notes is available in two other colors – lime green and black – and could easily be mistaken for a designer one.

“Absolutely love it!” she enthuses. “This dress could be in Anthropologie.

“I am very impressed!”

O ‘Studio Edit Layered white poplin midi dress‘ has a V-neck, short puff sleeves and an elastic waist, making it the perfect flowy option for the warmer months.

Rebecca then moves on to outfit two, which is the ‘Midi dress with ruffles and cream flower embroidery.’

“Another beautiful dress,” she points out. “By the way, all of this is embroidered… it’s all embroidered on the back too.

“It’s £30 and has a small slit, but it’s not too revealing.”

Demonstrating the different ways to wear it, she continues: “You could wear it like this if you wanted to wear a bra strap or off the shoulder, like I did.”

The midi-length floral dress features an elastic neckline with ruffles,
Gathered elastic back made from lightweight fabric containing linen – ideal for those who suffer from the heat.

So it’s no surprise that it’s already been inundated with five-star reviews online, with one delighted fashionista writing: “What an absolutely gorgeous dress…so beautiful and well made.

“I’m a size 12 – 14 and the 14 fits perfectly. Beautiful material with the embroidery, I loved it.”

A second commented: “Beautiful dress, fit and quality. Fits to size. Very satisfied!”

Or, if you’re looking to inject a pop of color into your wardrobe, Rebecca recommends the ‘Bright Swirl Border Midi Sundress’, which costs just £22.

The midi-length dress, which she purchased in a size 16, features a stunning sketched spiral print, delicate straps, a scoop neck and a layered design with border print.

“I love colors on vacation,” enthuses the fashion fan. “Beautiful print and I loved the line at the bottom.

“This is a really easy format – it’s fully lined, it’s not see-through.

“You could wear this all day, it’s good for swelling.”

And for those looking for an alternative to a dress, why not try the ‘Studio Edit Blouse with burnt orange floral print‘, £16 and the floral print trousers, which cost £25?

“This is also from Studio Edit and it’s amazing,” says Rebecca.

“It’s 100% Tencel, so with my shopper hat on, I can’t tell you how amazing this is!

“It’s sustainable and also a beautiful fabric. It’s incredible value for money for a 100% Tencel garment.”

And last but not least, Rebecca experiences the ‘Rust Abstract Tile Halter Cami Top‘, £7, and matching shorts, £9.

“This ensemble isn’t my favorite, but I can see it looking better on camera,” she says.

“The fabrics don’t match, but the quality of the shirt is very good.”

Hottest trends for spring/summer 2024

Fabulous fashion editor Clemmie Fieldsend shared the biggest trends on the street and runway this spring/summer.

SHORTS

I know, shorts for the summer. Innovative. But you’ll see them everywhere this year, from micro hotpants to long pants, denim shorts styles to tailoring and everything in between, they’re a must-have for any occasion.

WHITE

White often goes hand in hand with summer holidays, but whether you’re in the UK or abroad, you’ll see plenty of head-to-toe white looks.

The street is already a white wash with the trend including shoes and accessories.

HIGH SHINE

Whether metallic or sequins, for 2024 glitter isn’t just for Christmas.
Expect to see shimmery looks at festivals, weddings, or even a barbecue in your neighbor’s back garden, paired with bright blocks or simple whites.

LOOSE FUNDS

Baggy, baggy pants dominated our wardrobes from fall through winter, but as we head into the warmer months, expect baggy pants.
From cool cotton to lightweight linen, flowy pants should have a firm place in your wardrobe.

BOMBS

Ballet flats and Mary Janes have been making their way back into our good books for a while now, but for summer they feel less ballerina and more beach-ready.

Woven styles and knitted textures are hot on the runways and streets, think of the 2024 jelly shoe.

GO GIRL

All things romantic and feminine are in for spring with sheer fabrics, pastel shades of blue, yellow and pink dominating the runway. Embellished with bows, lace or flowers, most looks should have a hyper ‘feminine’ element.

She adds: “I love the shorts because they’re super comfortable and stretchy, but they’re a thick band, so they’re kind of drawn to my waist.

“And it has pockets…it’s cool, but not my favorite.”

It didn’t take long for the post to go viral, racking up thousands of views and numerous comments from fashion fans across the country.

“I loved the pink dress. I’m thinking about buying it. I’m between 14/16. It’s small”, praised one.

A second excited: “I’m going to buy the bright pink dress. I loved. Thanks for sharing!”
