But one woman showed how she hit the jackpot when she stumbled across a wedding dress – priced at just £10.
Ellie regularly scores epic bargains at boot sales, charity shops and flea markets.
And in one video on her TikTok page, Ellie explained that she couldn’t resist buying the vintage dress when she saw it – despite not being engaged herself.
Then, when he tried it on, he also realized that it “fitted like a dream”.

“I just found my dream Laura Ashley wedding dress in the charity shop this morning!!!” another wrote.
