Why Fabulous’ Fuller Bust collection is good for your wardrobe — and the planet

Abby McHale, deputy fashion editor at Fabulous, commented: “From the beginning, sustainability has been important to us.
“Considering that 30% of products worldwide are destined for landfills before they even leave the warehouse, we decided to start manufacturing our clothes only after orders are placed.
“This means your order will take a little longer than you’re used to (four to six weeks), but we hope you think, as we do, that it’s worth the wait.
“We also ensure factory workers receive collection bonuses, and we work with the charity Pratham in India to fund education centers for children in migrant areas.
“Buying a dress can support a child’s education for two months.”
“And trying on hats is like playing dress up — there’s an element of play and craft.”
Hat making or millinery is a highly skilled craft that requires attention to detail and a steady hand.
Sanya described it as “beautiful”, revealing that the artistic craftsmanship was what attracted her to the profession.
