A WOMAN has revealed she has found the most beautiful and affordable wedding dresses.
So, if you have a wedding to attend this summer, you need to pay attention.
Rebecca Sudwarts, a mid-range fashion fan, explained that she hadn’t shopped at Quiz in over 15 years and as a result was shocked when she ordered a collection of stunning dresses, all of which were beautiful.
The six-foot-eight woman is a size 16 and took to social media to show her followers her new dresses, leaving many completely stunned.
Posting online, Rebecca raised her quiz request and said: “You asked – you all wanted affordable wedding dress options.
“I’ve been shopping at Quiz – I haven’t shopped here in over 15 years.
“I was pleasantly surprised by the options they had, so let’s try them out together.
“I’m wearing a size 16 or large on everything you see so they’re not very generous and I got 15% off by downloading the app for my first order – so everything you see on this purchase is under £50.”
Rebecca started off in a gorgeous pleated ombre dress as she smiled, “We’re starting off strong! How beautiful is this fabric?
“I also loved the colors, such a beautiful length – super flattering halter neckline. You would be so comfortable with this all night.
For the next Dressed as a wedding guest, Rebecca wore a blue maxi, and added: “The print could be Marmite – but I really like it. I like the blues and the oranges.
“Loving the ruffled hem, it also creates a really Cool hourglass figure without looking too tight.
“I loved that neckline too, this is another beautiful dress.”
For the third dress, Rebecca modeled a strappy dress, pink floral dress, as she continued: “I loved this print.
“Plus, the design is very clever. The ruffles are so well placed, hiding my belly, so they are creating a really cute and flattering shape.
“A little short for me, but I’m 5ft 7in.”
Dos and Don’ts of Wedding Dress Codes
By Josie Griffiths, Fabulous deputy editor and bride-to-be.
I will never forget the wedding I went to in October 2022, where a guest wore a white dress.
It was ill-fitting, knee-length, and looked nothing like a real wedding dress, but that didn’t stop everyone from judging her.
The rules about wedding guest attire — which are annoyingly stricter for women than men — are meant to be about “not outshining the bride,” which is actually pretty hard to do on someone else’s wedding day.
But if you get it wrong as a guest, you’ll end up looking a little silly and in front of a bunch of people who don’t know you personally.
It’s just not the occasion for your new white dress, no matter how much online stores love to throw it in the ‘wedding guest’ section.
I would avoid anything too tight/short and ditch the super formal dresses unless the dress code requires them – you don’t want to wear a long sequin dress to a smart casual event.
Personally I don’t like black dresses either, it’s not a funeral.
Otherwise you will be quite safe. Technically, wearing red means you’re in love with your fiancé, but that’s the kind of rule most people would scoff at these days.
I always check the bridesmaids’ color, just to be safe, after the Spanish wedding, where I saw them walk down the aisle in exactly the same dress I had in my Asos shopping basket weeks before.
When in doubt, it’s safest to just check with the bride… but if you’re already doubting your dress, this might be the answer you need.
Rebecca then modeled a one-shoulder marble effect dress, as she explained: “I love it! I love the fabric, I love the colors, creating a beautiful shape.
“It’s kind of midi length for me, which I don’t mind, but look at the design details on the top. How beautiful is this?
Rebecca was so impressed with the next dress – a pink cutout dress – as she admitted: “So this was a bit hit and miss for me because I wasn’t sure where the cutout would go, but I think it’s simple but effective.
“It’s also very flattering. The pleats go diagonally, creating a beautiful shape again. I love a shoulder too.”
Finally, Rebecca “finally” found a dress that she “didn’t like”, as she admitted: “It’s not because of the print or the shape, I also really like this neckline, it’s because it’s open at the bottom. back, and you can’t wear a bra.
“For that reason, it’s a no from me.”
Did Quiz have a reinvention?

QUIZ was founded in 1995 and began trading with three stores in Scotland.
The business model proved to be extremely successful and since then, more stores have been opened year after year.
Quiz has now grown to include 70 stores in most of the UK’s major shopping centers and high streets.
And if you’re looking for dresses for wedding guests, Quiz might be the place for you.
We recently saw three fashion fans — one who’s a size 8, another who’s a 16, and a third who’s a size 22 — show off the Quiz dress that flatters all body shapes.
Plus, shoppers were rushing to buy a ‘really cute’ dress that was perfect for summer – and it costs just £34.99.
If red is your color you’ll need to act fast as shoppers have praised the ‘best dress ever’ which is super flattering and has been hailed as a ‘dream dress’.
And even Stacey Solomon is a fan of Quiz, as earlier this year she rocked a sparkly purple dress, which was on sale for £23.09.
Reflecting on her affordable dresses, Rebecca concluded: “The prices were incredible. The options were incredible.
“Definitely check it out and see if you have a wedding this summer.”
The TikTok clip, which was posted under the username @styling with rebeccaIt clearly left many speechless as it quickly racked up 14,800 views.
