WITH money feeling tighter than ever, even being able to afford a holiday at the moment can feel like a luxury.
Therefore, there is not always extra money in the budget to buy new wardrobe items for traveling.
But Primark has stepped up to help after putting a poolside essential on its sales shelf.
Sharing a clip of their discounted stock, the team at the Irvine store in Ayrshire said: “SALE SLIDERS. £2 and £4 sliders available while stock lasts”
The holiday footwear was originally priced at £6, meaning you could save up to £4.
They’re available in a variety of sizes and colors, with some diamond options too if you’re looking for some sparkle.
And not only is it the only store offering discounted sliders, another bargain hunter revealed he picked up a pair for £2 at the Fort Kinnard store in Edinburgh.
The happy buyer added: “I have two pairs, two different colors. I will definitely buy more next time I’m there.”
Another person interrupted: “I also bought them, very comfortable. I wish I had bought more in different colors, but I’ll be back tomorrow.”
“I bought them too, very comfortable,” said a third person.
Meanwhile, a fourth echoed: “They are very comfortable, I have black ones.”
It comes just days after the thrift retail giant reduced other essential summer holidays to £1.
Swim shorts are available in different colors and sizes in the store, both in men’s and children’s fashion.
If this has inspired you to visit your nearest store, it’s also worth a £1.50 purchase that will keep your skin from aging this summer – and is perfect under make-up.
SPF protects the skin against painful sunburn and lowers the risk of skin cancer and pre-skin cancer.
And Primark, known for its beauty designs and trendy styles, has launched a new SPF range.
With growing awareness of the dangers of UV exposure, the timely launch addresses a crucial need for affordable and effective sun protection.
The collection features a multitude of products designed to address diverse skin concerns and preferences.
From lightweight, everyday face creams to amazing lip balms, you can whip up your health-conscious beauty arsenal on a budget.
Why is Primark the place to go for bargains?
JUST how does Primark do it? Continue delivering fashionable items at such incredible prices? According to the bosses, it fell to four points.
- They “sell a lot of items” – thanks to this they are able to save money by buying in bulk for their 191 UK stores
- They “do very little advertising”
- Although their clothes offer the “latest trends,” they “do not use expensive hangers, tags, or labels.”
- And finally, they try to be “as efficient as possible when transporting products from factories to stores”. This includes things like asking “suppliers to package our t-shirts so they’re ready to go straight to the shelf.”
