IF you didn’t already know, the cowgirl trend is back in a big way.

Led by proud “horse girl” Bella Hadid and cemented in the mainstream through the work of Beyoncé Cowboy Carter era, everyone is after western boots and a saddlebag.

However, you don’t have to shell out designer prices to participate in the style.

Of course, it would be nice to have the 1955 Gucci Horsebit Mini Round Bag.

But at £2,290 each, it’s probably a distant dream for most of us.

Luckily, Primark has come to the rescue with its new offering of cowgirl bags.

Its new light and dark brown beige saddlebags have a very similar vibe to Gucci’s luxury pieces.

Just like the Italian brand’s bags, they come complete with a metal clasp and crossbody strap – all for £12.

A suede design, in chestnut or chocolate brown, was compared to the Yves Saint Laurent Le 5 À 7 Supple Large in Suède.

Primark has yet to reveal the price of the shoulder bag, but we can guarantee it’s a far cry from YSL’s £2,300 price tag.

The fast fashion brand joked that with the new bags you can “make the cowgirl trend your entire personality.”

A bargain hunter called Miss Penny Pincher said on Instagram that she is “loving the bags.”

If you want to take your rodeo outfit to the next level, you can pair one of the bags with Primark’s £14 cowboy boots.

The viral faux leather cowboy boots come in black, silver and beige.

“Cowboy boots are more than just a trend piece, you know,” Primark bosses said.

“If you haven’t tried this timeless boot style, perhaps these faux leather beauties will make you say yes!

Why is Primark the place to go for bargains?

JUST how does Primark do it? Continue delivering fashionable items at such incredible prices? According to the bosses, it fell to four points.

  • They “sell a lot of items” – thanks to this they are able to save money by buying in bulk for their 191 UK stores
  • They “do very little advertising”
  • Although their clothes offer the “latest trends,” they “do not use expensive hangers, tags, or labels.”
  • And finally, they try to be “as efficient as possible when transporting products from factories to stores”. This includes things like asking “suppliers to package our t-shirts so they’re ready to go straight to the shelf.”

For more information on how Primark keeps its costs so low and is able to offer such incredible bargains, visit the Primark website.

“Reaching calf height, these western boots feature pull-on straps, a pointed toe, a slanted hunter heel and flame embroidery on the shaft.

“Pair with a long denim skirt and white tank top for a farm chic look.

“Or opt for denim shorts and an oversized blazer to show them off in style.”

Among its other cowgirl pieces are the £12 Diamanté Fringe cowboy hat in white or baby pink, plus a selection of chunky and disc belts.
