The influencer fell, Daily Mail previously reportedit was Pernille’s own design and featured a trendy feather vest over a leotard with a sheer maxi skirt to complete the look.

The stunning blonde told Vogue Scandinavia: ”I love wearing feathers and sheer fabrics, but I also wanted the dress to be elegant, elegant and a little sexy.”

But despite being pleased with the final outfit, the mother was soon ridiculed online after a photo of the veil-like dress was posted on a popular wedding-shaming Facebook page.

Several people felt that the see-through clothing was not appropriate to wear to church, while some noted that it was simply unflattering.

One said: “This woman wore this to a church wedding, she showed up in her underwear to a house of worship.”

Another commented: “I don’t care if it was a pancake house, it’s a weird ugly outfit with granny panties and a doll top.”

Meanwhile, others tried to figure out the thought process and inspiration behind the rather bizarre dress.

“The inspiration was the big bird swimsuit, but make it the wedding,” asked a woman.

Someone joked: ”When you have a wedding at 2pm and parallel bars at 3pm.”

”Eh. You don’t become an influencer by being boring,” joked a fellow critic of the outfit.

Luckily, the stunning Dane, who has also received a lot of support, didn’t seem too bothered by the rude comments which she admitted were “hateful”.

Responding to the haters, the stylish mom said that perhaps the trolls were still stuck in the past, which is why they had a hard time understanding the concept of the dress.

“Maybe people think we’re still in the Middle Ages, but hey, I designed the dress of my dreams,” she criticized the bullies. a recent post On Instagram.

Dos and Don’ts of Wedding Dress Codes

By Josie Griffiths, Fabulous deputy editor and bride-to-be.

Josie Griffiths said: I will never forget the wedding I went to in October 2022 where a guest wore a white dress.

It was ill-fitting, knee-length, and looked nothing like a real wedding dress, but that didn’t stop everyone from judging her.

The rules about wedding guest attire — which are annoyingly stricter for women than men — are meant to be about “not outshining the bride,” which is actually pretty hard to do on someone else’s wedding day.

But if you get it wrong as a guest, you’ll end up looking a little silly and in front of a bunch of people who don’t know you personally.

It’s just not the occasion for your new white dress, no matter how much online stores love to throw it in the ‘wedding guest’ section.

I would avoid anything too tight/short and ditch the super formal dresses unless the dress code requires them – you don’t want to wear a long sequin dress to a smart casual event.

Personally I don’t like black dresses either, it’s not a funeral.

Otherwise you will be quite safe. Technically, wearing red means you’re in love with your fiancé, but that’s the kind of rule most people would scoff at these days.

I always check the bridesmaids’ color, just to be safe, after the Spanish wedding, where I saw them walk down the aisle in exactly the same dress I had in my Asos shopping basket weeks before.

When in doubt, it’s safest to just check with the bride… but if you’re already doubting your dress, this might be the answer you need.

”I hand-dyed the feathers with tea and made little bouquets with them and hand-sewed them to the top of the dress.

”It took about a month of work and, wow, it was worth it.”

Sharing a series of wholesome photos from the wedding, he continued: ”This day and this dress are a core memory that I’m sure will forever bring me joy when thinking about the past.”

”And then the sun came through the windows of the magnificent church and I really felt like something was blessing us (even with a see-through skirt),” the mother laughed.

”Maybe God likes a little leg.”
