A FASHION fanatic has urged people to rush to Zara to buy a £19.99 top – insisting it’s the perfect fit for a £340 designer version.
Ellie Butler is the queen of high street shopping and regularly shops for the likes of Primark, H&M and even Sainsbury’s.
On a recent shopping spree, she packed a selection of Zara dresses, shorts and shirts that will be perfect for the warmer weather.
But the blonde beauty – girlfriend of Celtic’s Liam Shaw, currently on loan at Wigan Athletic – is full of praise for the “beautiful” one-shoulder knit top with front knot detail on the sleeve.
The size 10 fashionista, who is 1.70m tall, chose the asymmetrical ribbed top in stone – which comes in XS-L – in the medium color.
She gushed: “This is beautiful. Oh my god, I’m really in love with this.
“It’s so comfortable, I think it’s so flattering. I can’t get over that detail.
“It’s not transparent, I’m not wearing a bra.
‘I love that neck/shoulder detail. I’m obsessed with it, I actually can’t deal with it.
“Enter this top, £19.99. You pay that for a vest, just a simple one.”
No stranger to designer labels, footie WAG Ellie also insisted her bargain is the perfect piece for a £340 designer take on Los Angeles-based Cult Gaia, the Trista knit top.
She added: “That’s giving to Cult Gaia, that’s giving ‘this was a maximum amount of £250’.
“But it was £19.99.
“The quality is incredible. Just look at this look in the sleeve detail, this is Cult Gaia.”
Elsewhere in the store, our fashion team found the perfect satin midi dress – it’s plus size and cinches at the waist.
While there are countless items to choose from, the Fabulous table fell in love with the £35.99 dress.
With its gathered neckline, twisted armholes and chic silhouette, the Satin Midi Dress It will be a staple in your wardrobe for years to come.
It’s not hard to understand why, as the Zara dress has a gathered waist and side panels, which will highlight your curves while being discreet.
The sleeveless dress is also made from lightweight polyester, so it’s perfect for cloudy summer days.
Even better, it’s machine washable and will be ready to use in no time.
