With running becoming increasingly popular, sales of activewear have been on the rise.

But with the cost of living crisis still ravaging the country, high prices and rising gym membership prices can make it difficult for people on low incomes to get in shape.

However, Aldi has everything you need to start your fitness journey.

Aldi’s exciting range includes protein-packed pancakes, yogurts, granola pots and viral sensation protein puddings that have racked up 3.7 million views on TikTok.

For those looking to increase their protein intake, the budget supermarket has products from 75p.

But Aldi also sells the clothes you need for your workouts.

On TikTok, the Aldi team showed what they bought in stores to start the training.

It included £11.99 trainers, £9.99 running pants, a £3.99 one liter bottle of water and a £12.99 running jacket.

Shoppers rushed to the comments section to share their thoughts.

One wrote: “Beautiful shoes.”

Aldi sportswear is also trending on TikTok, with many praising her sports bras as “so comfortable.”

Aldi has become the go-to place for bargains, with people outfitting their homes, wardrobes and friends for cheap.

One mom managed to save hundreds of dollars on her grocery bills every month thanks to a five-rule method — that even means you should buy bread for 20 cents.

Money-saving mum Kirsty Holden says shoppers should order food in bulk online, avoid branded foods, make sure to watch out for dupes, plan meals and not be tempted by all the offers.
