We all love Primark, right? Not only do they sell fabulous home goods and beauty buys, but their clothes and shoes are always great too.

And now, luckily for fashion fans, an iconic Primark buy has been slashed to just 50p – yes, you heard correctly.

And with summer finally here and the weather warming up, it couldn’t be at a better time.

A savvy shopper was thrilled while browsing her local Primark when she noticed huge reductions in the footwear section.

Very happy with her discoveries, Jill Gadalla took to social media to alert other buyers, leaving many with their mouths open.

Posting in Extreme Coupons and Bargains in the UKa private Facebook group with 2.5 million members, the Primark fan shared a Photograph from the cut finds – a large selection of slippers.

While the easy-to-wear slippers were once priced at £1.30, they have been reduced by 80p to just 50p a pair.

Better yet, these aren’t just boring old flip-flops — there are actually three different summer styles to choose from.

So whether you want to look fierce with zebra print, or floral is your preference, or maybe you like something a little different, there is also an Aztec design.

Not only are these cheap flip-flops perfect for strutting around the pool or running errands this season, but they’re also great for weddings.

Primark employee says £8 buy is ‘perfect for summer holidays’ and prevents outfit mistakes

So if you’re planning to get married soon and want to provide comfortable footwear that your guests can dance the night away in, you’ll need to head to Primark, and fast.

Alongside her post, the bargain hunter smiled: “Anyone wanting slippers for their wedding guests, these are from £1.30 to 50p at Primark.”

Why is Primark the place to go for bargains?

JUST how does Primark do it? Continue delivering fashionable items at such incredible prices? According to the bosses, it fell to four points.

  • They “sell a lot of items” – thanks to this they are able to save money by buying in bulk for their 191 UK stores
  • They “do very little advertising”
  • Although their clothes offer the “latest trends,” they “do not use expensive hangers, tags, or labels.”
  • And finally, they try to be “as efficient as possible when transporting products from factories to stores”. This includes things like asking “suppliers to package our t-shirts so they’re ready to go straight to the shelf.”

Jill later confirmed that she found the cheap buys at her local Primark, in the Parkgate Shopping Center in Rotherham, UK.

Jill’s post clearly struck a chord with many as it was shared just 17 hours ago, but it quickly racked up 675 likes and 670 comments.
