Giving fashionistas a hint of the new trends to expect in the run-up to autumn, staff at the chain’s Edinburgh store said: “NEW TREND ALERT.

“Our new trend is now launching on the ground floor, full of preppy vibes and cali girl influences”

Standout pieces from her clip – which has racked up 15,000 views – include a £14 neutral check minidress, a chunky navy striped cardigan and a gray pleated skirt.

“A gray skirt is a necessity,” said one shopper.

The Pleated Tennis Skirt also comes in ivory and is available in sizes XXS to XL.

And priced at just £8, it’s the perfect versatile addition to your wardrobe that will look good in summer with bare legs or tights in autumn.

Primark bosses say they are “taking this stylish mini skirt off the court and into your wardrobe”.

She added: “We don’t know about you, but this tennis skirt is giving off a very formal look and we’re obsessed!

“A style that keeps coming back, we can see it becoming the standout piece in your collection.

“Featuring a high waist, it’s made from a stretchy cotton fabric for comfort and has a slim fit at the top that flares out slightly to a mini length.

I need them in adult sizes’ Primark shoppers cry after finding the cutest £8 pajamas

“With a gray color and pleated finish, this skirt is perfect for achieving that academic aesthetic, so why not pair it with some chunky knits and boots for a chic look that will have you passing any style exam?”

Elsewhere, fashion fans begged Primark bosses to release a pair of children’s pajamas in adult sizes.

The pretty bow-print pajamas come in a blush color and sport a traditional button-down collar shirt and matching pants.

Costing £8, they are currently only available until the age of eight.

And adults were devastated at not being able to buy the device for themselves, with many complaining “Oh my God, I need that”.

This comes shortly after shoppers went wild for the bargain chain’s range of Miffy pajamas, Rugrats sets and High School Musical pajamas.
