A PUB sent foodies into meltdown by launching Britain’s first sauce fountain.
The £30 treat at The Leopard in Nantwich, Cheshire, comes with 20 to 30 pieces of fried chicken for dipping.
Executive chef Gary Evans, 40, said: “It puts a smile on people’s faces
“We always try new things and make things a little fun.
“I’m not a very sweet guy, I’m more of a savory person.
“Then it popped into my head and I thought ‘let’s try it and see what happens’ and it worked.
“It’s a meal for four and five people to share.
“There will be between 20 and 30 chicken tenders there.
“The fountain brings a theatrical element to everyday life.
“It’s just a bit of fun.”
