The mother of four is known for her family-friendly food content and money-saving tips and tricks.

This week she created a range of delicious and nutritious recipes using bargain groceries from Aldi – with all the ingredients costing just £9.26.

And their delicious meals revolve around a 28-cent staple, the humble can of baked beans.

From Veggie Bean Burgers to Bean Veg Loaded Chilli, affordable and tasty meals keep the whole family happy for less.

Casey’s versatile recipes were also simple enough that your kids could help in the kitchen.

Speaking after tasting all five meals, Casey said: “We loved it.

“And I have all four kids in the kitchen cooking all the recipes with me and we really have a lot of fun.

“All the recipes are so easy and simple to make.”

She added: “Half term can be tricky for parents as it is often a juggling act between saving a few pennies and keeping the children entertained.

“These recipes, all including just one cupboard staple, offer tasty half-day fun for the whole family that won’t break the bank.”

How to get the best deals at Aldi

And the best part? The baked bean-inspired recipes cost just 46 cents per person, based on a family of four shopping at Aldi.

So it’s not surprising that they’ve already proven popular, with Casey’s clip racking up 260,000 views.

One social media user said: “If that’s not a great value, I don’t know what is!”

A second wrote: “I loved these recipes! They look so familiar!

Start by cooking the fish fingers to perfection. Then, place the beans and fish fingers in a baking dish.

Cut up some potatoes and toss them with a little olive oil before placing them on top of the pie. Bake in the oven at 175 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

This delicious pie can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days

Veggie Bean Burgers (makes 4) – half zucchini, half carrot, baked beans, onion, burger rolls and half bag of salad

Start by grating the carrot, courgette and onion.

Cook them in a pan until soft. While the vegetables are cooking, place the burger rolls in the oven.

Drain the cooked beans and add them to the vegetable mixture. Cook for another two minutes.

Once the buns are beautifully toasted, turn them into breadcrumbs and add them to the mixture. Form the mixture into burgers and fry lightly for seven minutes.

These delicious burgers can be refrigerated for up to three days.

Bean Veg Loaded Chilli – pepper mix, half zucchini, half carrot, half onion, can of beans and rice

Grate the carrot, zucchini and onion and cook in a pan until soft. Add the beans and cook for another two minutes.

Then incorporate the pepper mixture and serve with rice.

Start by cooking the sausages according to the package instructions.

Then, place the cooked sausages, beans and mashed potatoes in an ovenproof dish. Cover with puff pastry and bake at 175 degrees for 20 to 23 minutes.
