Here are just three of their delicious dishes, also gluten-free!
Ham with five ingredients
Serves 6
Setup time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 1 hour, plus 10 minutes rest

Ingredients
- 750g-1kg unsmoked boneless ham
- 1L of pineapple juice
- 4 tablespoons of honey
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
Method
1 Place the ham in a pan and pour in the pineapple juice – if the ham is not covered, use a smaller pan or top up with water. Bring to a boil and simmer gently for 30-40 minutes.
two Remove the shank from the frying pan and transfer it to a sheet of aluminum foil, so that it can “stand upright”. If there is a layer of skin on top, remove it and most of the fat underneath, using a sharp knife and leaving a thin layer of fat. Mark the remaining fat in a crisscross pattern. Skip this step if your ham already looks “naked”.
3 In a small bowl, combine the honey, mustard, cinnamon, and 2 tablespoons of the pineapple juice from the pan. Brush the entire top and sides of the shank and loosely close the aluminum foil around it.
4 Heat or preheat the fryer to 170°C. Fry the ham for 15 minutes, then open the aluminum foil and brush with more coating. Fry for a further 5 minutes until golden, sticky and slightly blackened around the edges.
5 Rest for 10 minutes, then slice and serve with roast potatoes, carrots and turnip puree or stir-fried vegetables of your choice.
Sticky Sausage with Honey and Mustard ‘Traybake’
Serves 3
Setup time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 35 minutes

Ingredients
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled, cut into 1cm cubes
- 2 medium carrots cut into 1cm cubes
- 1 red pepper, seeded and cut into 5 cm pieces
- 3 tablespoons garlic-infused oil
- 1/2 teaspoon each salt and ground black pepper
- 6 gluten-free pork sausages
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 2 teaspoons wholegrain mustard
- Small handful of chopped chives
Method
1 Add the potatoes, carrots, and pepper to a large bowl, followed by the garlic-infused oil, salt, and pepper. Stir well until everything is coated.
two Heat or preheat the fryer to 180°C. Add the vegetables in an even layer and fry for 15 minutes, turning them halfway through.
3 Turn all the vegetables over once more, then add the sausages on top and fry for 10-12 minutes, turning everything halfway through, or until the sausages are nicely browned on both sides.
4 Mix honey and mustard in a small dish. Drizzle everything over the top and turn until well coated. Fry for another 2-3 minutes, sprinkle with chives and serve.
Tomato, Pepper and Feta Pasta
Serves 3
Setup time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 35 minutes

Ingredients
- 1 yellow pepper, seeded and cut into 1 cm pieces
- 5 tablespoons garlic-infused oil or olive oil
- 200g gluten-free dry pasta
- 450g cherry tomatoes
- 150g feta cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon each salt and ground black pepper
- A handful of chopped basil leaves, plus more for serving
Method
1 Heat or preheat the fryer to 200°C (crisper tray or basket removed). Add the yellow pepper and oil to the fryer and shake or stir until the pepper is coated. Fry for 10 minutes until the pepper is soft.
two Meanwhile, cook the pasta in a pan of boiling salted water, according to package instructions, until al dente, then drain.
3 Add the tomatoes and whole block of feta cheese to the skillet and shake or stir well once more until the tomatoes are coated with oil. Fry for 20 minutes, turning the tomatoes halfway through, then add the salt, pepper and basil. Stir well until a thick, creamy sauce forms.
4 Add the pasta and stir until coated with the sauce. Air fry for 2-3 minutes until the sauce reduces a little. Sprinkle with a little more basil and serve with garlic bread.
