A photo of the new food line was shared on the Facebook group Extreme Coupons and Bargains in the UK by a fan.

They wrote: “Something new to try. ALDI.”

All you have to do to cook the pasta is “empty the contents of the pasta and sauce bags into the box and close the lid.”

Next, you need to heat the box in the microwave one of three times, depending on the power of your model (750w – 2 minutes and 10 seconds, 850w – 2 minutes or 1000w – 1 minute and 35 seconds).

The Aldi website added: “Mix well.

“Make sure the product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot.”

It appears the new Aldi product has proven to be a hit with shoppers, with many raving about it.

One person wrote: “The Satay are lush.”

Another added: “Stay away haha.”

A third commented: “ooh, like m&s.”

IN also sells boxes of pasta in four flavors and they cost £2.50 each.

Shoppers can choose from satay, pepper and sesame, sweet and sour and chow mein.

The Crofton Collapsible Meal Prep Container comes in two sizes for £2.99 each.

There is a square box with four compartments or a rectangular box with three compartments.

The German supermarket, loved by Brits for its cheap prices, has dropped the item as part of its Specialbuys mid-aisle.

Aldi Specialbuys are limited-time offers and special promotions launched twice a week, usually on Thursdays and Sundays.

Why Aldi and Lidl have such fast checkouts

IF you’ve ever shopped at Aldi or Lidl, you’ve probably experienced their lightning-fast checkout staff.

Aldi’s fast reputation isn’t a mistake; in fact, the supermarket claims its tills are 40% faster than rivals.

It’s all part of Aldi’s plan to be as efficient as possible – and this, the budget store claims, helps keep costs down for shoppers.

Efficient barcodes on packaging mean staff can scan items as quickly as possible, with most products having multiple barcodes to speed up the process.

It also uses “shelf-ready” packaging, which keeps costs low when replenishing inventory.

Products include a range of items not part of Aldi’s regular stock, recently including garden furniture and a new Pilates range.

Special buys typically range from household items, kitchen utensils and gardening goods for clothing, toys and seasonal items.

As they are limited edition, once they are sold out they are truly gone.
