FROM shopping for homewares to clothes, Aldi’s mid-range aisles are full of great discounted bargains to scour.

And if you have a sweet tooth, there’s a Haribo treat you’ll definitely want to buy before it’s too late.

Eagle-eyed shoppers spotted a 500g multipack of the much-loved sweet with a 95% discount this week.

Haribo ‘Happy Eggster’ bags were originally £1.75 at Easter.

But now they have been reduced to just 9pm.

With each pack containing around 18 mini bags, it costs half a penny a bag – ideal for a cheap evening snack or lunch box.

Bargain hunters flooded the Extreme Coupons and Bargains on Facebook group – which boasts 2.4 million members – with comments as they are desperate to find the best deal at their local store.

Sharing a photo of the lots filling her Aldi shelf, one shopper said: “9p at Aldi, dated May 2025.”

A second wrote: “Easter sweets due until next Easter?

A third added: “Oh I’ll go there later, I’ll check, thanks.”

“We need to get there,” said a fourth.

A fourth insisted: “Stick up.”

A fifth said: “These are the Haribo I was looking for from Aldi, keep an eye out.”

Meanwhile, a sixth echoed: “We’ll have to get some.”
