The Fourth of July may be an American celebration, but who says we can’t make the most of it in Britain too?

In honor of next weekend, Aldi is launching an American line in stores starting tomorrow — and it includes cheeseburger-flavored fries and giant marshmallows.

Starting June 27, shoppers can expect plenty of US sensations, from cheeseburgers and chicken wing fries to hamburgers and giant marshmallows.

Aldi is bringing back its £1.15 limited edition cheeseburger flavored fries, which look ideal for those having friends over for summer barbecues or picnics.

New to the shelves are specially selected Buffalo Wing chips, which are selling for the same price.

As well as snacks, Aldi also sells New York Beef Deli burgers, which cost £3.99 for 454g.

The supermarket describes them as “succulent, succulent and full of flavor.”

Those with a sweet tooth have not been forgotten.

Aldi is also bringing back its soft biscuits in Jive and Titan flavors, which will retail for £1.25.

The description reads: “Golden and crispy on the outside, gooey and moreish on the inside, these cookies are sure to set your taste buds going wild.”

Another sweet treat available in their US range are the new £2.49 Epic Giant Roastin’ Marshmallows.

If you’re having a barbecue, they might be ideal for dessert.

How to get the best deals at Aldi

The description says: “Pair with cookies and chocolate for the ultimate American flavor!”

You can purchase Aldi’s American range in stores and online via Click & Collect from June 27th.

You need to be quick if you want to get your hands on the items, as with all special purchases, once they’re gone, they’re gone.

The budget supermarket is also featuring a plethora of chic homewares and furniture for this week’s special buys.

Aldi Specialbuys are fortnightly collections of special products.

The German supermarket places them in the iconic center aisle every Thursday and Sunday.

Unlike the rest of the store, which offers a consistent assortment of groceries and household essentials, the middle aisle is an ever-changing treasure trove.

Week after week, you never know exactly what you’ll find, and that’s exactly the appeal.

On Thursday, June 27th, you’ll find stylish homewares to add instant sparkle to your home.

There are new Kirkton House Gloss side tables for £14.99 in cream or grey.

“This stylish and functional piece of furniture is exactly what your room needs,” said Aldi bosses.

“With a glossy finish top, this table will add a touch of Lux to your home.”

When is the best time to shop at Aldi?

WHEN it comes to shopping at Aldi, the best time to do so depends on what you want to buy.

For reduced items – when stores open

Items with red stickers are rare across Aldi’s 830 UK stores, but the supermarket says none of its food goes to waste, so there are some to be found – if you’re quick.

A spokesperson for the supermarket said: “All items are reduced to 50 per cent of the recommended retail price before stores open at their best time or best before date.”

This means you’ll have a better chance of finding reduced-price foods if you go to stores as soon as they open.

Opening hours vary depending on the store, but most open from 7am or 8am. You can find the hours of your nearest store using the supermarket online store finder tool.

For special purchases – Thursdays and Sundays

Special Buys are Aldi’s weekly collection of items that it doesn’t normally sell, which can range from pizza ovens to power tools.

New stock arrives in stores every Thursday and Sunday, so naturally these are the best days to visit for the best one-off specials.

For an even better chance of bagging the best items, head to your local store during opening hours.

However, you don’t need to go to stores to buy a Specialbuy.

They are also on sale online, usually at midnight on Thursday and Sunday, and you can order them up to a week in advance.

As long as you spend at least £25, items will be delivered free of charge.

Remember: once they’re gone, they’re gone, so if there’s something you really want, visit asap
