Inside the first, she had cheese in one section and ham in the other, followed by two slices of bread – each in its own compartment in the next.

Tomatoes and lettuce were in the third folder, followed by chips and pretzels in the next.

Juliette cut up an apple for the next page of the binder, along with some fruit snacks, before finishing with peanuts, M&Ms, and some gummy candies.

“This is your signal to start packing your boyfriend’s lunch in a briefcase,” she wrote at the top of the TikTok video.

And he added in the caption: “Let’s normalize lunch packaging in folders!”

People in the comments section quickly weighed in on Juliette’s idea, with one writing, “My kind of meal prep!”

“Why is this smart?” another said.

“That’s discreet and smart!” a third commented.

“Genius,” wrote one, while another called it “pure brilliance.”

“OMG, my husband just saw this and said he loved it,” praised another.

“So convenient, I loved it!” someone commented.

As another said: “My husband will love this because he hates it when his sandwiches get soggy.

“He likes them freshly made, a great idea!”

“This is silly but also cute,” someone else wrote.

“I like the idea of doing this entirely with a CD folder!”

But others were not so convinced.

“Cleaning up would be a nightmare,” one of them insisted.

“My boyfriend wouldn’t be happy if he had to waste five minutes of lunch tidying up!” another admitted.

“Do you wash plastic?” a third asked.

“Because if you throw it away it’s not good for the environment…!”
