But while you might expect to find these chocolate-cut treats in a supermarket, you’ll be surprised to find out where they’re actually stored.

A savvy shopper was surprised when visiting her local card factory – yes, you heard correctly, the place that sells cheap cards and wrapping paper – when she noticed that luxurious Lindt bunnies were on sale.

Thrilled by her discoveries, Anna Maria Duffy stocked up on reduced chocolate and turned to social media to alert other shoppers.

Posting in Extreme Couponing and Bargains Group in the UK, a private Facebook group with 2.4 million members, Anna shared a photo of her purchase and wrote: “My first bargain today at Card Factory. All for £1.90.”

Anna then confirmed that Lindt’s big, iconic gold bunnies have been reduced to just 30 cents each.

Meanwhile, the smaller milk chocolate bunnies were just 25 cents each.

Clearly impressed with the reductions, Anna picked up three large bunnies and four mini bunnies, all with the iconic red ribbon around their necks, costing less than £2.

Anna then added: “They still had a lot.

“This was Tottenham’s card factory Court Road, London.

Anna’s post was shared just 14 hours ago, but it clearly left many speechless as social media users flocked to the comments to praise Anna’s cheap finds.

One person said: “Best bargain ever.”

Another added: “It’s a good find.”

A third commented: “Well done, beautiful deal. Enjoy them.”

At the same time, a chocolate lover wrote: “Ooh… I might have a busybody in my store tomorrow. I hope so all over the country.”

NOT JUST CHEAP CHOCOLATE…

But it’s not just chocolate offerings that Card Factory currently offers.

Another bargain hunter also took to the Facebook page to show off a business she recently saw online.
