EVERY time I log onto social media, my feed is filled with beautiful LA girls heading to Erewhon to spend their paychecks on the most ridiculously expensive snacks.

That said, that doesn’t stop me from fantasizing about visiting their perfectly color-coordinated organic food and drink aisles in person.

Unfortunately, rainy London is more than 5,000 miles away from the Los Angeles store, which has gained a cult following online, and I’m not ready to hop on a plane there anytime soon, either.

Erewhon’s shocking prices only add to the VIP status, a small pot of granola will set you back £10.88 ($14), while a Peru green leaf-wrapped ‘sandwich’ for lunch will set you back £13.22 ($17).

Leonardo DiCaprio, Cara Delevingne and Brooklyn Beckham are just some of the celebrities who have been spotted shopping at the store, creating even more excitement at the supermarket.

Even though it’s nowhere near one, I decided to recreate the smoothies loved by A-listers with the help of Tesco.

Ecological Body Smoothie $13.00 (£10.26)

According to the luxury supermarket, this is the smoothie that started it all at the famous Tonic Bar.

The drink is a low-sugar, green celery blend litterparsley, avocado with a touch of cayenne pepper, sea salt and lemon juice.

While it may not sound appetizing, this wasn’t the worst green smoothie I’ve ever tasted.

The lemon juice and green apple sweeten it enough to make it drinkable, but let’s be honest, you’re not going to buy one for a tasty treat.

Instead, you’re doing it for the health properties that include increased hydration and reduced inflammation thanks to celery and cayenne pepper.

Making it at home is much cheaper thanks to Tesco and will only cost you £2.23 compared to the high price of £10.26 in Erewhon.

Kendall Jenner’s Peaches and Cream Smoothie is $23.00 (£18.15)

The notoriously expensive health food chain has now collaborated with Kendall Jenner, along with other A-list celebrities like Hailey Bieber and Sofia Richie.

The exorbitant price may be offset by the fact that part of the profits will be donated to Good Shepherd Shelter, a shelter for women and children affected by domestic violence.

Erewhon writes, “In this Kendall Jenner creation, ripe organic peaches are combined with rich coconut cream. Under the refreshing taste, she supercharges this tonic with electrolytes, lucuma, aloe Vera gut-friendly juice and kombucha.”

The smoothie was limited edition and has now been withdrawn from Tonic Bar, but you can get it home with the help of Tesco, and I recommend you do.

As someone who isn’t the biggest fan of smoothies, I couldn’t get enough of it.

It really tasted like a creamy, fruity dessert that you would eat as a treat.

Luckily, the ingredients are all healthy, so you won’t feel guilty about taking it daily if you wish.
