The 41-year-old often shares skincare and travel tips to her TikTok account, and in a recent video, she shared the three things she swears by to look decades younger than her real age.

In the video, Maggie responded to a comment from a TikTok user that said, “When you said 40 my jaw dropped.”

In response, she said, “Yes, I’m in my 40s, I’ll be 42 this fall.

“Everything I use on my skin is natural.”

Lalena Oil

Maggie said that one of the products that makes the most difference to her appearance is Lalena Oil.

It’s a blend of castor oil, rosehip oil, and black seed oil, and Maggie said it’s “deeply moisturizing.”

She said: “Castor oil goes down to the deep layers of the skin and rosehip is known as a natural tretinoin.”

Maggie said the oil helped with smoothness, wrinkles, puffiness and hyperpigmentation.

You can buy Lalena oil on Amazon for just £3.99.

Frankincense Resin Oil

Maggie also swears by an oil infused with frankincense resin to keep her looking young and healthy.

“It has what’s called Bakuchiol, which is supposed to be a natural form of retinol,” she said.

Tips for aging well

Age UK shared the following tips:

  • Do things you enjoy every day – whether it’s cooking, seeing friends or reading a good book
  • Stay hydrated – drink six to eight glasses of water a day
  • Eat lots of fruits and vegetables to lower your risk of heart disease and certain cancers, eat beans, legumes, fish, eggs and meat to repair your body after injuries, starchy carbohydrates for energy dairy products to help keep bones strong
  • Manage long-term health conditions to prevent them from progressing or having a greater impact on your health
  • Quit smoking and reduce alcohol intake to no more than 14 units per week
