Tanologist has officially launched in the budget supermarket.

Thanks to rollback deals, the price of products has been reduced to mark their launch.

Asda is the first UK grocer to stock influencer Lottie Tomlinson’s popular brand, with customers now able to purchase our Instagram-worthy tanning routine as part of our regular store.

And if that wasn’t enough, Tanologist is the world’s first vegan self-tanning collection to be dermatologically tested and approved.

A whopping 16 products from the range are hitting shelves – some of which have been reduced from today until September 4th to mark the event.

On the Rollback offer all summer long is the Tanologist Express Tinted Self Tan Mousse, which is £11 down from £16.

This famous TikTok mousse is available in Light, Medium and Dark and Extra Dark shades.

For the perfect application, you can also purchase the Tanologist Mitt Duo, which is £5 down from £6.

Other products include the brand’s Insta Glow Illuminating Body Bronzer for £13 and Gradual Tan Daily Glow Moisturizing Lotion for £10).

There’s also the Tanologist Daily Glow Brightening Gradual Tan Lotion and the Daily Glow Firming Gradual Tan Lotion – both of which will set you back a tenner.

Social media reacts

Tanologist has been teasing the partnership with the supermarket on social media for several weeks.

When they officially revealed their products were coming to Asda’s beauty aisle, shoppers called the move “iconic”.

Others said they were “obsessed” with the brand’s link and promised to “fill their carts” with their next weekly shop.

Lottie Tomlinson, influencer and sister of One Direction singer Louis Tomlinson, launched Tanologist in July 2018.

£10 Fabulous Fake Tan Trial

FINDING the perfect fake tan is not easy. That’s why Fabulous tested a range of fake tans that cost less than £10…

Superdrug Solait Medium Self-Tanning Mousse – £3.98 (was £5.99)

  • Tester: Abby Wilson, fabulous senior digital writer
  • Comment: “This product gives a very natural tan and if you want something a little bolder, I suggest leaving it on longer or choosing a darker shade. I’m impressed with the results, but now my entire room stinks of stuff. If you’re on a budget and want a tan for last minute plans, I’d say this is a place to try.”

bBold Dream Dark Tan Mousse – £9.50

  • Tester: Josie O’Brien, Fabulous Senior Digital Writer
  • Comment: “The first thing that struck me about this tan was the “juicy watermelon” scent – it’s delicious. I was left with a natural bronze tone rather than an orange glow. My only problem is that the tan seemed to stick to my dry patches and’ strawberry skin’ accentuates my legs, but I’m still adding this tan to my arsenal—the smell, color, and texture are dreamy.

St Moriz Professional Medium Tanning Mousse – £4.99

  • Tester: Kate Kulniece, fabulous writer
  • Review: “St Moriz mousse not only leaves you with a gorgeous sun-kissed glow, but it also smells fabulous – think Piña Colada on a sunny beach. At first I was a little skeptical because I’m a gradual fake tan girl , but this rapid development of St. Moriz’s number could change everything.”

“I’ve always called myself a “tanologist” – because I’m a total tanning geek,” she said at the time.

“As a makeup artist and beauty nerd, I’m constantly experimenting with different products, like mixing bronzers into my foundation and moisturizer.

“You name it, I tried.

“But nothing gave me that flawless, glowing skin finish I’m obsessed with.

“With other fake tans, my skin breaks out or my pores get clogged and I hate that fake tan smell.

“I developed this line to offer everything I wanted in a tan – clean, bright, streak-free results.”
