A WOMAN who went from thinning, damaged hair to long, luscious locks has revealed the five tips she used.
Isabelle Lux used social media to show the before and after of her hair and most importantly steps she took it to make it look better.
“Five things I wish someone had told me about hair growth that literally brought my hair from this to what it is today,” she said.
In the clip she showed a video of her shape a few years ago, with damaged bleached hair that kept breaking.
But now his hair, although still blonde, was much thicker and healthier thanks to his steps.

She revealed that brushing your hair correctly is essential to make your hair grow and keep it healthy.
The beauty genius said that you have to start brushing your hair at the ends and work your way up to prevent hair loss and facilitate tangling.
And when you get to your scalp — she said it was critical to brush your scalp at least 50 times day and night.
Isabelle explained: “This will bring essential nutrients and oxygen to the area, which will really help.”
She also recommended using scalp oil to prevent breakage — Isabelle loves the VEGAMOUR serum and says it helped her hair look super thick.
Silk pillowcases and hair protectors are also essential for Isabelle who takes them wherever she goes.
The silky fabric is much softer on the hair – preventing it from frizzing or drying out the ends.
Last but not least, Isabelle suggested using red light therapy to help stimulate hair growth.
She uses a face mask and places it on top of her head so the light penetrates the scalp and promotes new growth.
“My hair was SO FINE, especially on my scalp,” Isabelle added as she captioned the post ‘healthy hair tips I wish I knew sooner.’
The clip has since gone viral on her TikTok account @isabelle.lux with more than 375 thousand views and 4,000 likes.
People were quick to thank her for the tips in the comments section of the post.
