A DERMATOLOGIST has shared the biggest mistakes she sees people make when it comes to anti-ageing.
She explained that many beauty fans are inadvertently aging themselves by ignoring puddles from rain and snow.
Dr. Michele Verdeboard-certified cosmetic dermatologist in New York, shared her anti-aging tips with The US Sun.

Instead of spending big bucks on luxurious skincare, she encouraged beauty enthusiasts to focus on the ingredient lists.
“It’s important to look for active ingredients that have been clinically studied and proven to serve a specific purpose for the skin,” she said.
“Anti-aging skin care routines don’t have to be complicated with a million different products.”
A basic anti-aging skin care routine should contain a gentle cleanser, a hydrating moisturizer, and a broad-spectrum sunscreen.
Serums or routine treatment products should be chosen for specialized skin problems.
For maximum protection, a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 50 or higher should be applied every day, even on days when the sun is not shining.

Green also emphasized the importance of inner health, which cannot be compensated for by a series of products or treatments.
