A bald woman has shared the seven-step plan that helped her get her hair back.
People say they saw dramatic results in her hair in a matter of months.
Editor Natashag04 shared her hair care routine in a post.
Natasha explained that at the age of 22, she was experiencing severe hair loss as a side effect of taking steroid medications to treat her health issues.
“When I started feeling good and stopped the steroids, all my hair started falling out. There was a time in 2022 when I only had a fifth of my hair on my head,” she said.
A year after stopping steroid use, she decided to take matters into her own hands after her hair never went back to how it used to be.
After a series of blood tests that determined her vitamin deficiencies, she charted a course of action.
She started with daily supplements morning, noon and night.
In the morning, she started with calcium supplements, then added an iron supplement, Adgain plus capsules, flaxseed oil capsules for omega 3, 6 and 9, and Becosules for vitamins B and C in the afternoon.

At night, she finished with magnesium glycinate supplements.
When it came to diet, she noticed that she was consuming much less protein, with just 20 grams per day.
She started changing her diet and added vegan protein powder to increase her daily protein intake to 60 grams.
Next, she added two tablespoons of raw pumpkin seeds to her diet to prevent DHT, the hormone that causes baldness.
“I read somewhere that they help reduce DHT, although I have no idea how much of that is true and how effective it is, but there is nothing to lose,” she said.
Natasha revealed that she is a firm believer in scalping oil for improving blood flow and circulation.
“I started oiling my hair religiously twice a week. (Once with two tablespoons of almond oil with 20 drops of Soulflower Rosemary Essential Oil. The second time, a tablespoon of almond oil and a tablespoon of castor oil with 20 drops of Soulflower rosemary essential oil),” she said.
My scalp is healthier when I wash it every day with a mild shampoo and once a week I use a clarifying shampoo.

The hair care enthusiast also added Minamalist Active Hair Growth Serum in your routinealthough she was unsure about its impact.
“That’s something that I’m not sure has made much of a difference,” she admitted.
“Although I used a dropper full of it and massaged it into my scalp for 5 minutes every night, because I was doing so many other things, I can’t vouch for its effectiveness.”
Another product she introduced into her routine is rosemary water.
Natasha explained that changing her shampoo and conditioner and wash cycle also made a dramatic difference.
“Many of you may not agree with me on this, but I wash my scalp every day,” she said.
“On the days I don’t do this, I end up losing even more hair. Some of us simply have extremely oily scalps.
“Before my illness, I tried to ‘train’ my scalp a few times, but to no avail. My scalp is healthier when I wash it every day with a gentle shampoo and once a week I use a clarifying shampoo.”
Two to three times a week, she also uses a pea-sized amount of Bare Anatomy Leave-In Conditioner.
After five months of implementing her new changes, she shared before and after photos that showed the difference it made to her hair growth and scalp health.
Many were impressed with her growth results and thanked her for her thorough routine and hair care advice.
“It’s sooo noticeable! I’m glad you’re doing better now and have found a routine that’s working so well for you,” said one commenter.
“Amazing progress! And I wash it almost every day too, I changed my hair!” said another.
“Seventy percent of frizz has been reduced and the hair ball I found after shampooing is almost non-existent.”
