A BEAUTY fan has shared the products she uses instead of Botox treatments.
She realized she didn’t need anti-aging cosmetic injections thanks to her skin care line.
Jessica (@thejessicatepper) shared her beauty recommendations in a viral TikTok.
“Why not [any]Did someone tell me that I didn’t actually have fine lines and wrinkles, I just had dehydrated skin?” she asked.
She said she regretted spending “almost all of my 20s getting Botox treatments.”
“I haven’t had Botox in two years and my skin is better than ever,” she said.
For those under 30, she added that they didn’t need Botox, they simply needed to improve their skin care.
“I’m not a gatekeeper here, so let’s talk about the products you really need,” she said.
Jessica revealed that she depends on hyaluronic acid for deep skin hydration.
Her weapons of choice are Matkas Deep Ultra Hydration Serum and Skinceuticals Hyaluronic Acid Intensifier.

The trick with hyaluronic acids, she explained, is to apply them to damp skin and follow up with a moisturizer.
She chose La Roche-Posay Double Repair Moisturizer to seal everything.
On days when she needs a little extra help with extra dry skin, she turns to Nu Skin Rejuvenating Cream.
The beauty fan explained that all four products work overnight and she wakes up with glowing, dewy skin.
Her schedule, she said, worked much better than expensive Botox treatments.
“Before you run away [and] If you spend $500 every three to four months on Botox, just use hyaluronic acid,” she said.
Skincare connoisseurs backed up her tips, tricks, and advice.
One of them emphasized the importance of applying layers of hyaluronic acid to wet skin.
“Definitely make sure to use hyaluronic acid serum on damp skin!” said one commenter.
“Otherwise the dryness/dehydration will get worse!”
Others shared from experience that what she said was correct.
“This is why I looked older in my 30s than I do now in my 40s,” said one commenter.
“Hydration is key.”
