A STUDENT has revealed how they got their hair back after stress caused extreme hair loss.

They shared several tips that helped transform your braids into the “thickest” and longest ones ever.

She also advised limiting the use of heat tools, such as a hairdryer or straightener.

Those with afro hair should avoid braids or consider larger braids.

DIY treatments

The trichologist said hair should be washed regularly and trimmed every six weeks.

She recommended using hair oils to help “improve circulation and scalp follicles.”

Many people upvoted the post and thanked him for sharing the tips.
