A WARDROBE hack made all the difference for a woman who understands skin care.
She said her anti-aging trick helped reduce the wrinkles in her cleavage.
Editor Jennifoto took to the social media platform to share a photo of her breasts and ask for skincare advice.
“Necessary suggestions for neck/chest wrinkles,” she said.
“[I’m] I’m not wearing anything currently,” she added.[I] needs a routine or treatment recommendations.”
Wrinkles and wrinkled skin are common signs of aging in the décolletage, especially for side sleepers.
Bye, bye, chest wrinkles
Another Redditor, Butterscotcheggs, agreed with her top nighttime skincare tips, saying it was “time to shine.”
“I’m not sure if you’re a side sleeper like me,” she began.
She then listed two sleeping techniques that helped her see a “dramatic difference” in the appearance of her breasts.
“[I] train me to sleep on my back,” she explained.

“Eye masks and a small pillow for my knees when I sleep on my back, and a lower pillow — that will help.”
For her second anti-aging hack, she recommended wearing a specific bra for nighttime support and adding a pair of socks, especially if you sleep on your side.
“Buy this super comfortable cotton bralette if you have to sleep on your side and then roll a pair of cotton socks between your breasts,” she advised.

“I found that [it] stopped my breasts [from squashing] together and forming these lines,” she explained.
“I’m 41 and the wrinkles are disappearing after trying this for about a month.”
SEAL OF APPROVAL
Several other Redditors shared their thoughts on the hack in the comments section.
“The sports bra idea sounds great, would you still wear it if you slept on your back?” one asked.
“Funny you should ask me that,” she replied.
“I always wear them with pajamas because I like my breasts to be ‘loosely contained’ rather than dangling.
“Mine are a humble 34C. So yes, I use them already before the wrinkle gate.
“Stuff a pair of socks [my bra] that I keep on my nightstand [has become] a super convenient thing. Furthermore, I often relapsed into side sleeping.”
Anti-aging tips and ‘superstar’ products
Dr. Anatália Moore is a general practitioner and skin specialist with over 11 years of clinical experience.
She told The US Sun that her goal is to equip patients with the knowledge they need to take control of their skin’s journey.
She said the basics of a beauty routine are the same for all ages – it should include an effective cleanser, moisturizer and SPF.
“Moisturizers are my go-to, even when it comes to products that contain active ingredients,” she said.
“Finding a well-balanced moisturizer that provides the right type of hydration, replaces natural oils, and seals them literally stabilizes the skin.
“This alone can quickly soften the appearance of fine lines and texture, as these are often worsened by dehydration.
“It also allows the skin to function as it should.
“It can then heal more quickly, which, among many things, can lead to fewer lines and wrinkles, fewer flare-ups of dermatitis and rosacea, and milder, shorter-lasting breakouts.”
