AN OIL makeup fan has shared the budget buys that stop her eyeshadow from creasing.

She trusts two drugstore beauty picks that keep her makeup budge-proof.

“My face is extremely oily, so my eyelids used to crease and all the shadow ended up in my crease,” she said.

“If I don’t wear eyeshadow and just wear mascara, my naturally long lashes leave mascara marks under my eyebrows.”

She has curated her skincare routine to include anti-oil products to combat excess oil production.

“How I learned to combat all of this is [to] start with a freshly washed face,” she said.

“I then use an oil-absorbing lotion all over my face, including my eyelids.”

The Redditor revealed that she uses Formula 10.0.6’s Serively Shine Free Moisturizer.

She explained that the secret to a fat-free face is to give the product time to take effect.

“If I have time, I let it all sink in for at least 10 minutes,” she said.

After letting the cream sit, she applies NYX Glitter Primer to her eyelids.

“It’s sticky enough to hold glittery eyeshadow or create glossy lips.” I’ve never done glossy lips, but it works great for shimmery or matte eyeshadow! she said.

She goes over her makeup with NYX Matte Finish Setting Spray or Elf’s Matte Setting Spray to lock in the final look.

“I use my copy of Beauty-Blender and gently tap it into the eyeshadow. This helps seal everything,” she said.

“Nothing seems to change all day! I easily spent 19 hours doing this.”
