SHE’S married to one of the toughest men in the world and it certainly isn’t easy – but when it comes to beauty and skincare, Tyson Fury’s wife Paris knows it takes care and a gentle touch.
And the 34-year-old will no doubt look fabulous this weekend if he’s in the ring supporting world heavyweight boxing champion ‘Gypsy King’ Tyson as he takes on Oleksandr Usyk in the first undisputed heavyweight title clash since 1999.
And it’s all thanks to her carefully thought out — yet affordable — beauty regimen that she always makes time for, even when she’s having a rough go of caring for her brood of seven children.
Even though her youngest child, Rich Prince Paris Fury, is just six months old, Paris never leaves a hair out of place when she posts naturally beautiful family photos for her 1.8 million Instagram followers.
The couple also share Venezuela, 13, Prince John James, 11, Prince Tyson II, seven, Valencia, five, Prince Adonis, four, and two-year-old Athenan, and both regularly share updates on their lives worth £1.7 million . house in Morecambe, Lancs.
According to Paris – who has been with Tyson since she was 16 – maintaining pride in her appearance is something that has always been instilled in her from a young age, thanks to her gypsy roots.
Writing in her autobiography, How Does She Do It, she said: “Being proud of your appearance should not depend on being conventionally thin or attractive.
“I think you can make the best of yourself, whatever your shape or size.”
But having a big family like her, freshman Paris also proved that she’s only human, admitting that sometimes things can “slip” during school.
Speaking exclusively to Fabulous, Paris said: “I haven’t done it very often, but there have been times when I’ve been in my pajamas when I’ve been running late.”
So how does this brilliant mom do it? Photos of her show that it’s clear that she spends a lot of time focusing on her natural skincare routine rather than wearing mountains of makeup.
Here, YASMIN HARISHA takes a deep dive into her beauty regime – from a £2 face cream to using soap to wash her face, some of it might surprise you…
Discard ‘fancy creams and potions’
According to her autobiography, Paris believes in the “less is more” approach.
Therefore, despite being a millionaire, she does not like using expensive “fancy creams and potions”.
The Loose Woman star also revealed that her grandmother taught her how to use mild soap to wash her face too.
This is to avoid stripping the skin of its natural oils.
Swear by one £2 high street staples
Instead of spending a fortune on products from high-end brands, Paris often opts to buy high-street favorites.
In fact, she’s a big fan of Nivea Soft cream, which costs just £2 in Boots stores.
She will apply it to her skin and believes that “the makeup goes on very well afterwards”.
‘Ready to face the world’ in the blink of an eye
Instead of using foundation, Paris opts for Leichner Tinted Moisturizer – which costs £6.78 on Amazon.
She has been using it since she was 15 years old and learned about the product from her grandmother and mother.
It’s a “dark brown moisturizer that you mix and you get a nice tan.”
She then adds the bPerfect The Perfect Storm palette, which costs £18.96 from bPerfect Cosmetics.
Its website claims the product will “bronze, shape and brighten” your face with its “four essential shades to complete each foundation.”
I think you can bring the best out of yourself, whatever your shape or size
Paris Fury, 34
Paris then adds some Benefit Brow Gel for Fluffy Brows, which still gives a “natural look.”
She finishes her makeup with Mac Taupe lipstick, which costs £20 at Boots.
Speaking about the makeup products, Paris said that after spending two minutes applying them she is “ready to take on the world.”
No SPF, no sun
And one thing is certain: Paris “always makes a point of using SPF”.
Dr. Kurzman’s skin care experts agree to use high sunscreen every day, “no matter your skin tone,” as this will help prevent years of visible damage on people in the future.
They say it will help prevent aging and wrinkles, which can be caused by excessive sun exposure.
Paris is sensible because the Skin Care Foundation estimates that 90% of aging comes from the hours you spend in the sun.
Wash your hair ‘twice a week’
According to Paris’ autobiography, she only washes her hair “twice a week” and will “invest in a hair mask” to help keep her dyed hair looking and feeling healthy.
And while many might think Paris invests in extensions due to her thick, enviously luscious locks, all of her hair is hers.
I haven’t done this very often, but there have been times when I’ve been in my pajamas when I was running late
Paris Fury, 34
Paris previously shared on her Instagram that she cuts “layers and bangs” while going to the hairdresser.
She gets her hair done at Lancaster city salon Heaton Hair, which is a “personalized unisex salon.”
And she doesn’t pay sky-high prices like some celebrities because cuts start at £34 for women.
Nail ‘regret’ trend
According to her autobiography, Paris prefers to get acrylics done because she “always bites them, especially when Tyson is fighting.”
She regularly updates her followers with the different colors and styles she gets, and most recently Paris opened up about how she had “serious” regrets after joining a nail trend.
On Instagram, she revealed that she had a five-color combo that included blue on her thumb, yellow on her index finger, pink on her middle finger, green on her ring finger, and lilac on her little finger.
But there was one glaring problem – she wanted the colors to be pastels and they weren’t.
Paris and Tyson’s Love Story – A Timeline
Paris met Fury when she was just 15 years old, at a mutual friend’s wedding.
A year later, their paths crossed again on a night out in Doncaster to celebrate her 16th birthday, and they began dating.
In 2008, they got married in front of 400 guests and slept together for the first time on their wedding night.
Paris and Tyson welcomed their first child, daughter Venezuela Lynda, in September 2009.
Their son, Prince John James, was born in April 2012.
In 2014, they tragically lost a baby when Paris was five months pregnant with their third child, and she was forced to endure a stillbirth.
Prince Tyson II, named after his father, arrived in July 2016.
Valencia Amber was born in December 2017, and the couple had their third child, Prince Adonis Amaziah, in February 2019.
Their daughter, Athena, was born in August 2021 and faced a difficult start in the intensive care unit.
Paris gave birth to their seventh child in September 2023, and the couple named him Prince Rich Paris.
Training ‘monster’
Paris also makes no excuses when it comes to taking care of her body.
It looks like she may have learned a thing or two from her husband Tyson, as she likes boxing a bit.
In a video she posted to her Instagram, Paris could be seen wearing UFC gloves while throwing shots at a punching bag.
Sweating it out alongside Tyson, the pair were tested by Tyson’s strength and conditioning coach Kristian Blacklock.
Last year, after having her youngest child, Paris revealed the secret to her svelte figure, revealing how she had been going to the gym “three times a week since January”.
And previously, the couple shared a fitness class live on Instagram at 9am six days a week during the pandemic.
Paris followed along with her husband’s grueling 700 abdominal reps, with Tyson praising her hard work.
He said: “She’s fitter than me, overcoming me now, I’ve created a monster.
“You’re fit, you’re fit as a fiddle. Honestly, you would beat a lot of boxers, she would beat a lot of boxers.
“She’s fit as a fiddle, you got in shape, Paris, I tell you that! In six or seven weeks you got incredibly fit.”
