“It is important to have a balanced diet that contains an adequate amount of all vital minerals and vitamins such as magnesium, vitamin D, vitamin C and zinc, etc. – these can be obtained by eating red meat, nuts and green leafy vegetables. ,” he said.

“Other important ingredients are palmetto, biotin, argan oil, rosemary oil and coconut oil, among many others.”
