Series five star Molly-Mae entered the 2019 villa with blonde hair and too-good-to-be-true lips.
But five years later, the 25-year-old millionaire and mother of one has returned to her natural roots.
In 2021, she removed her lip and jaw fillers and ditched her veneers after online comments left her “terrified” by what she saw in the mirror.
The procedures reportedly cost £6,000 but left her feeling “the most beautiful I’ve ever felt”.

Having felt ashamed of his body since his school days, Anton is no stranger to the struggle with low self-image.
After leaving the villa on day 56 of the 2019 series, the Scottish businessman turned his focus to fitness, hitting the gym and gaining muscle mass.
But after bodybuilding competitions left the 29-year-old “always searching for perfection”, he distanced himself from the sport and instead chose to explore young people’s complex relationships with their body image in his BBC documentary 2023, Anton Danyluk On Body Shame.

Runner-up in the first season of the show’s 2015 reboot, blonde Hannah returned earlier this year to Love Island: All Stars, revealing a very different look.

Portsmouth-born Demi has since embraced the burn and even enrolled in the luxurious 1st Class Bootcamp in March.

But the 24-year-old assured her Instagram followers that her cleavage is all hers, saying: “A lot of people ask if my breasts are fake, but I can confirm they are real.”
The former student and waitress categorically ruled out the possibility of opting for a Brazilian butt lift, saying: “I hear so many horror stories about them.
“I think people should just embrace the bodies they were born into.”
