A WOMAN with thick, shiny hair that reaches down to her bum has revealed how quickly she manages to grow it.
Phoebe Williams took to social media to share her hair growth hack and people were amazed by her locks.
The hairdresser’s locks were tied into braids, which she says can help prevent breakage and damage while sleeping.
She began to undo her braids to release a mass of beautiful, shiny hair that everyone marveled at.
Phoebe said her results were not due to genetics, but rather a regimen she followed for five years.

She revealed: “The cheapest haircut I could give you, as someone who has worked for years to get hair like this…
“Scalp massages 5x a day.”
Phoebe revealed that she massaged her scalp with her fingers five times a day to promote circulation and new hair growth.
Healthline report: “Scalp massage increases hair thickness by lengthening hair follicle cells.
“This, in turn, stimulates the follicles to produce thicker hair.
“It is also thought that a scalp massage can help dilate the blood vessels under the skin, thereby stimulating hair growth.
She added, “THIS IS NOT GENETICS. It’s over 5 years of supplements, effective hair care, and practices like daily scalp massages, and the cool part is that most of the hair habits I practice are either free or really affordable.”
For more hair care tips, Phoebe revealed that she also sprinkled rosemary oil diluted with water on her scalp every night and massaged it into her scalp and the length of her hair.
Once a week, she also uses an oil mask on her scalp and massages it for five minutes with a mixture of; 6 parts olive oil, 1 part neem oil and 1 part rosemary oil.

The 4 phases of the hair growth cycle

Hair experts at Philip Kingsley have shared the four stages of the hair growth cycle: Anagen, Catagen, Telogen and Exogen.
Anagen Phase: Also known as the ‘Growth Phase’ or ‘Active Phase’, this is when the hair root cells divide more quickly, forming more new hair.
During the anagen phase, hair grows about half an inch per month [about six inches a year]and faster in summer than in winter.
This phase of the hair growth cycle lasts an average of three to five years.
Catagen Phase: After the Anagen Phase, your hair cycle enters a short transition phase known as the Catagen Phase, which signals the end of active hair growth and cuts off individual strands from the blood supply and cells that produce new hair.
Approximately three percent of all hair is in this stage at any given time and it lasts for about 10 days.
Telogen Phase: The third stage of the natural hair growth cycle is the Telogen Phase, a resting period in which strands remain in the follicles but are not actively growing.
An estimated 10 to 15 percent of your hair is in the telogen phase at any given time.
The Telogen Phase lasts about three months or 100 days.
Exogenous Phase: The final phase of the Hair Growth Cycle, when individual hairs are released from their follicles and fall out.
Now the whole process starts again.
Meanwhile, a fourth said: “Yes please! All the tips!”
“Hair goals,” said a fifth.
Someone else added: “It’s true my hair grew almost 2 inches in a month just by doing this for 10 minutes every night with rosemary oil.”
