If you weren’t already curious, you won’t find this fountain of youth in the beauty section either.

Instead of controlling it, the content creator Kavita decided to share her unusual beauty routine on TikTok.

According to the wellness influencer, her glowing skin doesn’t come from foundation, anti-aging cream, or even retinol.

Instead, she prefers chicken bone broth. (Yes, you read that right)

Showing the M&S packets on screen, the beauty expert told fans: “If you want to up your collagen game but don’t have time to make your own bone broth or it’s too much effort, you need these M&S bags.”

Continuing, she said, “You can add it to your ramen, your soups, your sauce… it’s so good and so delicious.”

Although it may sound too good to be true, eating this M&S food could help you look younger for longer.

This is because meat is naturally rich in collagen, which helps improve the health, appearance and even elasticity of your skin.

Unlike traditional bouillon cubes, bone broths are also a natural source of vitamins and minerals.

This includes calcium, magnesium and silicon, which also improve overall health.

Even better, you won’t have to spend a small fortune to take advantage of the potential benefits for your skin.

Before you race heading to the M&S food hall to stock up, it’s worth noting that you can find the bone broth in store and online for just £4.50

According to Kavita, you can make up to 2l of broth per packet, which is enough for 2 cups a day and will help to give your skin a glow.

Alternatively, you can add pre-potion rounds to savory dishes to help improve your complexion with minimal effort.

Since there are about five rounds per pack, this anti-aging tip will only cost you 90 cents per use and we think this is definitely money well spent.

The content creator also revealed how she prepares this skin supplement in the comments, generally liking the pure broth.

Instead of adding it to the kitchen, the influencer will just boil one of the discs in around 350ml of water.

Keeping it on low heat until the round dissolves will allow the mixture to cool before drinking.

Since this skin tip costs less than our favorite moisturizer, we’re more than tempted to try it out for ourselves.

How to slow down aging and prevent wrinkles

While we can’t stop time, we can help minimize the effects on our faces with some smart tips and tricks.

  • Not using SPF every day: Sun damage can cause premature skin aging, so if you want to keep your skin looking youthful, factor 50 is essential.
  • Not getting your five a day: We’re all guilty of this, but by skipping fruits and vegetables, you’re missing out on essential vitamins and minerals that help restore your skin.
  • Using Expired Products: At best, they don’t deliver the results they promise; at worst, they cause irritation and infection. Always check the ‘POA’ symbol on the packaging for dates.
  • Not washing your face before going to bed: Any skin care applied to unwashed skin will not be as effective. Additionally, not removing it helps your skin age due to the results of blemishes and blocked pores.
  • Not drinking enough water: You may already have wrinkles, but they will always look worse when you’re dehydrated. You need to drink at least 2 liters/8 cups a day to help keep your skin smooth.

How to reverse aging in just 2 weeks, according to a royal nutritionist

LONDON-based Gabriela Peacock, who helped the likes of Prince Harry and Princess Eugenie prepare for their weddings.

She told Fabulous: “The science is clear that we all have the power to make simple life-changing changes to improve our future – no matter which genetic side we’ve dealt with.

“The reality is that we all sometimes have unhealthy eating habits, such as processed foods, smoking cigarettes, drinking too much alcohol, inhaling urban pollutants and even drinking water from plastic bottles – none of this is good for us.

“All this does is promote the aging process, but we all have the potential to change this.”

It may be difficult, but try to avoid sugary carbs because they fuel chronic inflammation, which is one of the worst enemies of reversing aging.

Now you will only end up gaining weight if you consume them regularly, but your energy and hormone levels will be affected and this will influence how you look and feel.

Whatever your age or health status, it’s never too late to reverse how quickly you’re aging and embrace the energy and vigor of a younger you.

Antioxidants, such as vitamins A, C and E, are essential for neutralizing free radicals – the culprits of premature aging.

Integrating a spectrum of colorful fruits and vegetables into your diet provides a potent source of antioxidants.

Omega-3 fatty acids, abundant in fatty fish like salmon and flaxseed, are vital for maintaining skin elasticity and hydration.

Omega-3s act as nourishment for the skin, retaining moisture and diminishing fine lines and wrinkles.

Collagen, a structural protein that declines with age, can be replenished through collagen-rich foods such as bone broth and lean protein sources.
