Olga Parno, founder of clean skincare brand Masktini, has seen her fair share of beauty woes.

Speaking to The US Sun, she admitted that she currently has combination skin at the age of 41.

“I try to choose products that help increase collagen production, even out skin tone and protect against environmental pollution,” she said.

They also have moisturizing and plumping effects.

DERMA do it yourself

Although Parno has her own beauty brand, there’s one free anti-aging technique she uses often.

“I’m a fan of applying ice to my face. It’s amazing for reducing puffiness and giving your skin a nice overall glow,” she said.

All you need is a bowl full of ice cubes and water.

Immerse your face in the ice water for a few seconds and repeat as necessary.

“It works wonders, especially in the morning when you can sometimes wake up looking bloated due to poor sleep or late nights,” she added.

Models are known for freezing their faces and demonstrating the method consistently on social media.

“If it’s good enough for the models, it’s definitely good enough for me!

PERSONAL CHOICES

“I personally prefer great skincare products that I know are formulated specifically to address my skin concerns rather than mixing something together in the kitchen,” she said.

It’s unusual to find a product that addresses all of these concerns so effectively, but Parno recommended Masktini’s Hush Money Intensive Restorative Cream because it “does it all.”

“It’s the best thing you can do if you’re worried about premature aging, as it’s formulated with eleven active ingredients to firm, brighten, hydrate and protect,” she explained.

The cream works well with all skin types, does not clog pores and is quickly absorbed.

Parno said she uses Masktini’s Night Ranger Overnight Renewal Mask instead of Hush Money Intensive Restorative Cream before going to bed.

“It’s quick-absorbing, so it doesn’t make a mess all over my pillow and does the heavy lifting while I sleep,” she said.

Buy beauty products contain a blend of hydrating and exfoliating AHAs, retinol, hyaluronic acid, and other contouring and firming ingredients.

Parno said it ensures “you wake up with a softly refreshed and refreshed complexion.”

“Call it girly math if you want, but it’s definitely worth it!” said the expert.

  • Keep your skin hydrated internally by drinking water and externally with moisturizer.
  • Always use sunscreen, even if you are not in direct sunlight.
  • Use Vitamin C to brighten your skin and don’t forget to apply it to your neck.

BUDGET PURCHASES

When it comes to drugstore brands, Parno recommended La Roche-Posay for everything.

“They have a fantastic line of serums to target all skin concerns, including ingredients like hyaluronic acid B5, vitamin C, and B3 with timed-release retinol,” she said.

She suggested any substance-rich moisturizer, especially ones that contain peptides like Bliss Bright Idea Vitamin C and Tri-Peptide Moisturizer.

She said they are “great for supporting aging skin and filling in fine lines and wrinkles.”

Lastly, Parno said you should never forget SPF and always aim for SPF 50+ if possible.
