Eleni Sgantzoscertified dermatology physician assistant and Viva Eve injector, explained the steps you can take to turn back the clock.

“Aside from using sunscreen, which is my anti-aging gold standard, the best low-maintenance tip I have is to get preventative neuromodulatory treatments, like Botox Cosmetic or Dysport, every three to four months,” she said.

“This is the most effective anti-aging treatment as it essentially stops the formation of lines and wrinkles.

“Of course, anti-aging requires a holistic approach, but injectable treatments like this are among the best in our toolkit.”

And that’s not the only skincare secret she’s revealing.

“Another low-maintenance option is to get a great radiofrequency microneedling treatment every now and then to regenerate new collagen and preserve existing collagen in the skin,” she said.

Radiofrequency microneedling is a technique that uses radiofrequency waves and small needles to rejuvenate facial skin.

It’s also important to stay committed to your routine if you want to eliminate wrinkled skin, according to Sgantzos.

“I always say that anti-aging requires a holistic approach, so if you don’t take care of your body in terms of internal and external health, then spending time on skin care isn’t going to do much for you,” she said.

US Sun previously reported how Sgantzos shared how you should always apply sunscreen to your hands in a viral TikTok video.

She explained how this step is especially important for those who get gel manicures, which leave their hands exposed to ultraviolet light.
