Sabrina Carpenter’s Makeup Artist Reveals the Drugstore Buys She Used to Prep Her Skin for the Desert Heat at Coachella

The Espresso singer’s makeup artist revealed the makeup and skincare she used on the pop star during the desert heat of Coachella, including budget-friendly drugstore purchases.

Carpenter’s trusted stylist I spoke to E! News about how she keeps Sabrina Carpenter’s makeup budge-proof even on the hottest days.

The secret, she explained, is to keep your skin as hydrated as possible.

“I hardly use powder. I only use it in the T zone – that’s it,” she said.

“When you start using powder and sweating, it comes off. It’s like oil and water.”

With proper skin prep, the stylist noticed that even if products started to melt or separate, a little rubbing served as a quick fix.

Gonzalez admitted to E! News that his technique rarely required touch-ups on the singer’s makeup.

To prepare Sabrina’s skin for Coachella, Gonzalez opted for a full line of Cetaphil products.

She cleansed her face with Cetaphil’s Gentle Skin Cleanser and followed up with the brand’s oil-free daily moisturizing lotion.

She concealed it with Armani’s Luminous Silk Concealer and applied foundation from the same line.

To keep Carpenter’s T-zone matte, she used Armani’s Luminous Glow Setting Powder with a light hand.

Armani’s Lip Maestro in shade 532 was the star of the show, accentuating the singer’s pout.

Gonzalez picked up Half Magic Beauty’s glitter, eyeliner, and mascara to highlight Sabrina’s eyes.

Velor Beauty’s classic X-tension lashes gave her orbs extra oomph.
