Protecting your skin from the summer sun has never smelled so good thanks to Sol de Janeiro’s new SPF line, according to Sofia Richie.

The product caught the attention of model Sofia, who said she was “obsessed” with the brand’s basic skincare products.

O Sol de Janeiro Rio Radiance SPF 50 Sunscreen Body Spray with Niacinamide$36 and Rio Radiance SPF 50 Sunscreen with Shimmering Body Oil$38, sold at Sephora.

The spray sunscreen is formulated with niacinamide to even out skin tone, coconut water for hydration and pongamia seed extract for antioxidants.

The body oil contains patauá oil for softer skin and mica for shine.

Both products won Sofia’s heart, who praised them in the your Instagram story.

“Truly obsessed,” she wrote over a photo of the two sunscreens, released on March 27.

HOW IT WORKS?

Both products are excellent for summer activities, including swimming, promising 40 minutes of water resistance before reapplication is necessary.

They come in the scent Cheirosa ’87 — a Sol de Janeiro classic.

A focus group of testers unanimously agreed that the body oil didn’t leave white patches on their skin.

Many also said that the product did not leave them feeling oily.

It’s not just Sofia who’s raving about Sol de Janeiro’s SPF products, Sephora shoppers are falling in love too, with several leaving their own reviews.

“Best smelling SPF,” wrote one of them about the Sol de Janeiro Rio Radiance FPS 50 body spray sunscreen with niacinamide.

“This thing smells so good and works exactly as it should.”

“After using this product I never get sunburned again and I smell amazing while I tan,” added another about the spray sunscreen.
