Editor Anti-Aging Beauty shared the anti-aging beauty tip in a viral post.

She explained that after incorporating facial massages and regular exercise into her routine, she noticed a big difference.

She felt the results of both lifestyle changes spoke for themselves.

“I’m living proof,” she said.

“It won’t happen overnight and it won’t be as dramatic as a facelift or other surgical procedures, but you will see a lift and firmer contours.”

The key, however, is consistency and determination.

“You have to do it consistently, every week. Once I started seeing results, I had no problem sticking to a routine,” she said.

To track your progress, the Redditor recommended taking photos before and after starting treatments.

“I took photos of my face and neck every four weeks when I started exercising so I could document the changes,” she said.

“If I didn’t, I probably wouldn’t have continued because you can’t see the small, subtle changes that are happening.

“These changes kept me motivated.

“The only time I would think facial exercises and massage wouldn’t be helpful is if you have significant sagging or very damaged skin (too much sun, smoking, etc.).”

Others supported the benefits of proper training.

A 56-year-old woman said she lost 30 pounds over two years and noticed a dramatic difference in her neck.

“A good workout, even yoga, helps,” she said.

Other changes she made included adding tretinoin to her skin care routine, which reduced the appearance of her fine lines.

“A good exercise routine with cardio and weights can improve overall skin due to increased circulation and muscle strength,” added one commenter.

They explained that exercise will not only increase cardiovascular health but also collagen production.

“Your body will adjust and repair itself to a certain extent, but hey, you’re still in your 50s (me too), and this is the decade where we see collagen loss,” they said.

“Stimulating your body helps stimulate collagen.”
