EVER wondered how Kendall Jenner achieves her bone structure? Part of it is hard work.

The Kardashian-Jenner sister revealed in a recent Vogue video where she starts her morning skin care routine with gua sha.

Gua sha, a traditional Chinese medicine technique, involves scraping the skin with a smooth-edged tool to relieve high blood pressure and improve circulation.

Kendall explained that she tries to keep her beauty routine consistent, although she isn’t always successful.

To start, she poured a few drops of 100% virgin coconut oil into her palms and rubbed it into her skin as a lubricant.

She uses SheaMoisture Overnight 100% virgin coconut oil, which costs $7.13 on Amazon.

“I love it because it’s thick and the gua sha just glides on,” she told Vogue.

Kendall chooses to do her gua sha routine first thing in the morning, followed by a cleanser, to completely get rid of oil from her face.

She explained that she learned the technique from a woman online.

“She said, ‘Do this before you wash your face, that’s why I do this,’” she explained.

After applying the oil, Kendall sprayed rose water on her face to further moisten and prepare her skin.

Once again, she opted for a budget buy, Heritage Store Rosewater Refreshing Facial Mist, which sells for $13.69 on Amazon.

When applying the products, she rested her gua sha tool on a glass of ice to make it “nice cold.”

Once the skin was ready, Kendall rested the stainless steel device on the back of her eyelids and then dragged it under her eyes.

Next, she dragged the edges of the tool against her jawline, moving the tool down her neck when it reached her earlobes to stimulate lymphatic drainage.

To finish her routine, she used the tool on her forehead, dragging it upwards from her forehead to her temple.

“I’m probably being nitpicky, but I feel like my eyebrows can look really patchy,” she said.

“It’s probably not traditional, but I really step up to this one because I feel like it needs a little boost; It kind of falls into my eyes.”

Once the routine is finished, she cleanses her face to remove all oil and impurities.

Amazon shoppers loved the cheap coconut oil Kendall used.

“Adding this product to my skincare routine has been a game changer!” said one reviewer.

“I used it a while ago and then took a break for no specific reason. Now that I have it back in my routine, I can totally see the difference.

“I apply it after washing my face and before applying my nighttime face cream. As long as you don’t use an excessive amount, it is light and absorbs easily into the skin.

“Tip: a little goes a long way! I highly recommend this product for anyone who wants to strengthen their skin barrier and wake up feeling refreshed!”

Fans also praised her favorite rose water.

“I traveled with it to India and it was a lifesaver in 110+ degree weather,” wrote one reviewer.

“You spray it on your face and your body immediately calms down. Highly recommended for daily use during the summer. It smells fantastic!”
