One 0.13 oz tube of Tarte Tartelette Tubing Mask it retails for $15, but now you can get two for the price of one.
Until June 29th, Target is running a BOGO event at Ulta Beauty selected for Target minis.
The beauty product received an average rating of four out of five stars from shoppers.
According to the manufacturers, the mascara is flake-free and smudge-proof.

They described the longwear formula as “clinically proven to volumize, lengthen and curl” lashes.
