But according to a mother of three, the secret to perfect skin is in her breasts.

Monica Murphy even claims that her “organic, baby-approved” skincare routine has the same effect as BOTOX.

The 31-year-old rubs frozen breast milk on her face like an ice roller for flawless skin.

“One of my favorite perks of breastfeeding is the free Botox,” she said.

“Whoever said you can’t get Botox while breastfeeding clearly hasn’t tried my ‘baby-approved organic’ skincare routine.”

She also doesn’t wash it off once it’s applied — the influencer just lets the fluid air dry on her face while it works its magic.

Monica shares a tutorial to her 108,000 Instagram followers and people can’t believe it.

“I’m running to the freezer now,” one woman wrote excitedly.

The average cost of Botox is between £100 and £350 in the UK, so Monica’s hack is definitely a budget-friendly option for new mums.

And although the beauty trick sounds crazy, there’s actually some science behind it.

Kourtney Kardashian admits ‘drinking her own breast milk’ after the birth of her 5-month-old son Rocky, for health reasons

Breast milk contains a rich mix of nutrients, including vitamins, minerals, fats and proteins, that nourish cells when applied topically.

Contains natural exfoliating agents such as lactic acid.

Lactic acid, a common skincare ingredient, promotes cell renewal and can help remove dead skin cells.

The result? A younger, brighter appearance as the result we hope to achieve with Botox.

How is celery juice an anti-aging potion?

Celery juice contains antioxidants like vitamin C and flavonoids, which fight free radicals that cause cell damage and aging.

Its high water content keeps the skin hydrated and plump, reducing the appearance of wrinkles.

Celery’s anti-inflammatory compounds, such as apigenin and luteolin, help reduce chronic inflammation associated with aging.

Rich in essential nutrients like vitamin K and potassium, celery juice supports overall skin health and body functions.

Drinking celery juice regularly can complement a balanced diet and skin care routine, promoting a youthful glow from within.

Breast milk also has a high water content full of natural fats that help to deeply hydrate the skin.

This can reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, making skin appear plumper and more youthful through hydration.

Furthermore, the presence of powerful antibodies in breast milk helps protect the skin from infections and aids in the healing of small cuts or blemishes.

This can lead to clearer skin with fewer blemishes and imperfections.
